EXHIBITION THEME The theme of the 2010 WCA National Conference, being held in Chicago at the same time, is "From The Center." In response, this show is called "Off Center", which could mean, for example: out of focus, quirky, or off the beaten path. The significance of the theme "Off Center" is open to individual artist's interpretation. A statement up to 40 words, accompanying art work, is optional.
