Hi All,

Our very first Friday Live call with Dennis went off without a hitch.

WE heard from many of you who were listening from the member's only site and it all came in loud and clear!  Members watch the assigned video lesson in the members only area then call or e-mail us during the show to ask Dennis a question..

Our event in Forest, MS this weekend was a huge success. We

Had 18 students come out to ride!. The audience and students love our new format! I would love to hear from those of you that have come out to watch and from the students that have participated. WE have added a testimony page to the website and Your thoughts will make a great addition to the page.

WE left Forest, MS this morning to lay over in Decatur, AL.

Dennis and I will take a quick trip home to the ranch

But we will be back to meet up with all of our Alabama friends

on Friday. Please come out and see us in Decatur, AL this weekend!

We are so very proud of all of our students that are participating in our

Friday rides and endorsement program but we have two "firsts" that we

just have to celebrate!   Fran Hancock our head instructor is the first

of Dennis's students to bring two horses through our program  - her first horse completed and earned15 endorsements and her second horse "Gracie" just completed her 13th endorsement this weekend! Please give a big "No Dust shout out" to Fran Hancock!

And Ed & Karen Jackson are the first husband and wife team to both earn

13 endorsements and awarded Universal Horsemanship Endorsement Buckles - send a Second  "No Dust shout out" to the Jacksons!!!  

 

 

UNIVERSAL HORSEMANSHIP WORLD CHALLENGEAt each No Dust tour stop the students are earning points from a series of challenges that Dennis has prepared. The more tour stops you participate in the more points you will earn and the top ten will go to the year end Finale competing in round pen, ground school, mounted & mounted refined. Two buckles will be awarded a   Universal Horsemanship World

Our years are divided into two semesters:

2011 semester 1 ◦December 1, 2010 through June 30 2011

2011 semester 2  July 1 , 2011 through October 24 2011

2012 semester 1 ◦December 1 2011 through June 30, 2012

2012 semester 2◦July 1, 2012 through October 22, 2012

You can purchase just 1 semester or all!

ABOUT THE WEEKEND

Fridays are closed to the public and devoted to reviewing the tasks in the Mentor Series Home Study Courses. Dennis will evaluate your progress or get you started if you are new to the program. He offers

Endorsements  for the Mentor Series, scores and review for each task and will get you and your horse prepared for the Saturday & Sunday Clinic activities. For more Friday details go to the endorsement page on the website.

a unified weekly lesson plan for you and your horse. We want to have an ongoing educational relationship with all of our No Dust Club members with ongoing training.  Each week you will be instructed to watch a portion of one of your No Dust Club Training DVDs or go online to watch. We will send you an e-mail reminder and post the details inside of the members' only site as well. Then every Friday evening at 5pm Pacific time you can go to the members only

website where Dennis will be broadcasting live.  You can call in and ask questions about that weeks video topic and Dennis will give greater insight to the horse, what he was doing and why. You can listen on your computer or call in and listen, ask questions and talk with Dennis. Even if you are not able to watch the video lesson ahead of time we want you to call in or listen on your computer.

SUMMER 2011 Reis Ranch School of Universal HorsemanshipMay 27th through July 11th, 2011

Dennis Reis Presents: The Reis Ranch School of Universal Horsemanship Levels Program. This clinic is a Universal Horsemanship Levels program, meaning you will move through the Mentor Series Home Study Freedom Course 1, Awareness Course 2, Movement Course 3, and the Horseman’s Course 4 all at your own pace. Dennis will instruct each student at their current course level.  If you are not able to participate with Dennis on tour or want to accelerate your progress, this Summer School is the fast track to learning the skills of Universal Horsemanship a natural way!  Every 4 day session of the Summer 2011 Reis Ranch clinic will involve a new & different back county experience.  Ride the Marin County hilltops with the Golden Gate Bridge as your backdrop or race along the Bodega Bay beaches. These rides will feature the pristine bay area trails and breath taking views that our North Coast Wine country has to offer. During the days at the ranch we will apply arena techniques that stem from the philosophy of classical horsemanship and utilizing the techniques of the California Reinsman and Vaquero traditions. From the round pen to performance work this clinic will take your skills to new heights of confidence and excellence!!!
From beach rides to cow working, ranch roping & colt starting. Problem solving - such as: bucking, rearing, kicking, biting, hard to catch, trailer loading, bridling & standing still. Enjoy morning walks & yoga. Guest speakers on horse shoeing, saddle fit, horse massage, nutrition & health. On days off explore San Francisco, winery tours and the giant redwoods of the north coast. You may sign up for 1 day or all 7 sessions. Here is how it works. There are two dates that you may enter into the classes. Sign up to start on May 27th everyone starts out together on day one and may stay as many days as they choose. Ride 1 day or all 7 sessions.

Or Start on June 24th and ride for 1 session or 3 more.

Dates: May 27th through July 11th: 1 Week to 7 Week Educational Sessions. These are 4 day (40 hour) weeks. Class days are Friday- Saturday- Sunday - Monday with Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday off.

May 27th - First start date to participate for 1 day or 1 week or up to  7 weeks
Week One - May 27-28-29-30
Week Two - June 3-4-5-6
Week Three - June 10-11-12-13
Week Four - January June 17-18-19-20
June 24th - Second start date to participate for 1 to 3 weeks
(And students that started on May 27th may continue on and stay for 1 or 3 more weeks)
Week Five - June 24-25-26-27
Week Six - July 1-2-3-4
Week Seven - July 8-9-10-11

***Horse hauling is available to California. Send your horse safely to California with the Reis Ranch trucks, trailers and crew and you can fly into Oakland or San Francisco only 1 hour from Reis Ranch.
