HOW IT WORKS
On your name tag, list the skills you will be sharing.  It can be more than one.  This is an informal, self-organizing process.  For example, if you do Tarot readings and someone asks you for one, you could do a reading for them right then and there - or wait until later.  No pressure.  You control your own timing.  If your skill is in demand, you may have to create your own waiting list.  Make the session as long  as you want. 

If you find someone you would like to get a session from, ask them.  You don't have to exchange with the same person.  You don't even have to offer a skill - but can just come to receive.  Everything is voluntary, and there is no charge for these offerings.  The only charge is admission to the event: $5 - $20 sliding scale.  This event takes place in one large hotel ballroom. 

WE'LL PROVIDE
* Name Tags (where you write your name and skills)
* Small tables (round, 36" diameter) and large tables (6' long)
* Chairs
* Snacks

TO BRING
* Small tables (round, 36" diameter) and large tables (6' long) will be provided, but you may also bring your own tables. 
* There are plenty of chairs.  
* If you need visual privacy, bring your own room dividers (ie. folding screens, or pipe and drapes)
 * If you are bringing massage tables or other equipment, please come by 6 p.m. to set up. 

FOR EVERYONE
This event works best if everyone arrives early and stays for the entire evening.  We will gather at 7 p.m. for orientation, so please be there on time! 

FLYERS AND CARDS
If you have a product, service or event to advertise, a table will be provided to display your flyers and cards.  This is a great opportunity to network and promote your services!
