RAHM Sunday September 27 - JingShen Kunlun Nei Gung - The Alchemy of Bliss with Aine Carlisle

Nei Gung is the practice of moving energy through the body. Kunlun is an ancient method of spiritual awakening that was formerly taught in secret at monasteries and temples. JingShen (Spirit Strength) is Aine's contribution to the art of spontaneous Kunlun Nei Gung. In just one hour of JingShen, practitioners have been able to achieve what would normally take one hundred Years of Sitting Meditation Practice.

JingShen opens the body's nervous system along the meridians, comprised of 72,000 nadis. This reactivates the dormant potential of the brain and reignites the pineal gland. Once the pineal gland is reactivated, it releases an amber/golden elixir of immortality that fills the practioner to overflowing. This elixir flows up the spine, through the "dragon well," to the "third eye," and then drips down the throat giving tantalizing states of ecstatic bliss and oneness. The process is quick, safe and fun.

During the practice, the student literally shakes out all that no longer serves them, and is able to cultivate their own internal power source.

In this workshop, we will focus on opening the magnetic field of the heart. Once the heart is opened, the magnetic potentials and "bliss body" are activated, and natural awakening should occur. Most students will remember beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are pure, positive source energy, and will naturally understand the one law that governs all matter, energy, and form.

We will begin with a brief introduction, followed by the heart-opening practice, and then the JingShen practice. If there is time, we may also introduce the "Five Elements" practice. To make sure that we have time to do the practices, most questions and answers will be saved for the end.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Aine Carlisle has lived a most extraordinary and blessed life. Born in Northern Ireland, her awareness of world suffering ignited a passion to seek out means for finding inner peace, love, connectedness and joy. She has studied with many world renowned masters. In addition to teaching JingShen Kunlun, Aine is a healer, intuitive counselor, motivational speaker, storyteller, and jewelry artist.
