But all will be well for those who are godly.  Tell them, "You will receive a wonderful reward!"

Isaiah 3:10

Be a person whose life is marked by truth, integrity, and passion.

  • Knowing the truth-which comes from studying God's Word;
  • Acting with integrity-which comes from doing God's Word; and

Rachel's Challenge

We are very excited to annouce a character development / anti bullying program will be hosted at Ave Maria Catholic School next Monday. Rachel Scott's story called Rachel's Challenge will be shared at Ave Maria next Monday evening October 24th, in Brownstein Hall at 7 PM. Different versions that are age appropriate for the K-8 students will be presented during the day.

Rachel Joy Scott was the first person killed at Columbine High School in 1999. Her acts of kindness and the contents of her 6 journals are the basis for the message shared in schools and communities around the world. If you would like to learn more about Rachel's Challenge feel free to go to www.rachelschallenge.org to get more informed.

Parents of Ave Maria Middle School students are especially invited to attend (and feel free to invite any other friends and family) for the community message at 7 PM on the 24th. Hope you can make it! It is a story we promise you will not soon forget about a girl who believed she could change the world by showing compassion to people she met everyday.

1st Annual Children's Gala on Friday, November 11, from 12-2pm in Parish Life Center Gymnasium

The 1st Annual Children's Gala will provide children with the opportunity to buy tickets (we will pre-sale tickets) and to use these tickets to "bid" for their favorite items. The more tickets they buy, the better the chance to win! Tickets will be placed in the bucket in front of the prize and drawings for winners will be held towards the end of the event (don't need to be present). Tickets are also good for the purchase of lunch. To round out the event, we will also have fun game stations where the children will have a chance to win prizes. This will be an event not to miss! (Parents - you must attend this event with your child(ren)).
