As of January 1, 2011 Priority Health has again adjusted their fee schedule resulting in raising some fees while lowering others. Please continue reading to compare the changes over the last three years.   Priority Health Fee Schedule Changes BCBS & Refractions Blue Cross and Blue Shield has been experiencing a system-wide error since Fall of 2010. Many plans are incorrectly bundling refraction code CPT 92015 with E&M codes. According to BCBS representatives, the company is still working on a resolution. There is no expected fix date at this time, although there will be a message on web-Denis when the fix is completed.
