Scheduling Template Trouble?
Please feel free to ask for help if you are having trouble constructing a scheduling template. Templates can be tricky; pay close attention to the template start and end dates, effective days and department location selected. Remember, the load template option is used to apply to a new date while the edit template option will change all the of days the template was applied. to.

Healthpac releases regular scheduler updates to add new features, fix "bugs" in the system and improve current functions. IPC meets regularly with Healthpac to let them know what is working well for our clients and what isn't. Consequently, your feedback is very important to us. Please take a moment to learn about a few of the changes completed in the last update.

Scheduler Update 2010.28
We are updating scheduler tonight which means any enhancements will be visible when you sign into the program tomorrow morning. Here is a summary of the noticeable changes:
  • Added "Loading" graphic- this will display to alert the user the appointment book is refreshing
  • Added a "Reports" tab to patient demographics
  • Added a notice when attempting to print boiler forms if there are no forms to print
  • Added password change option to the main scheduler launch screen (after the login screen)
  • Changed rescheduling functionality so it adjusts the appointment location to match the new department if the department you are rescheduling to is not a "multi-location" department
  • Fixed a bug which would give a Zen Exception error that appeared under certain circumstances when bulk printing boiler forms with a location filter selected
  • Changed the cash receipts report to display payments in order of appointment time when sorting by date
