Important Reminder
To prevent creating duplicate patient accounts in scheduler, avoid multiple mouse clicks in the same field. After your first click, it may take the scheduler a few seconds to process your request. "Happy clicking" can actually slow down the scheduler and create a second account. Take your time when adding or retrieving a patient in the scheduler.

New Courier Bags
We are switching over to bright yellow courier bags with locks. These new bags are appropriate methods of transportation for sensitive information. Be on the lookout for the change!


IPC is excited to announce the addition of an online Support Center system! Instantly view the status of your technical requests with a few clicks of the mouse. Please continue reading for more information regarding these new enhancements.

New Support Center
Our technical support process just became more efficient! You will now be able to submit online help tickets.

Just enter the following URL in your internet browser address field:

This will bring you to the Support Center homepage. Don't forget to bookmark this website!
To open a new ticket, click on "Open A New Ticket." When the new page opens, fill in the requested information (contact info and a message explaining your problem) and hit "submit ticket." You will then see a confirmation page that says "Support ticket request created." An email with your ticket number will be sent to the email address you provided.

checkstatusIf you want to check the status of your ticket, go to the Support Center and enter your email address and ticket number. You will be directed to a page displaying all of your support requests. Click on the ticket number to see the status of your request. A ticket can be created for questions or problems with Accuterm, the scheduler or for any other Healthpac or network related questions.  We still encourage you to call when you have time sensitive questions; this is an additional opportunity for you to track the process of your requests.

Rescheduling Appointments to a Different Location
If you use multi-location departments in scheduler, your job just got easier! Before the recent enhancement, if a patient rescheduled their appointment from one office location to another, the appointment continued to show the original location. Now, the appointment will change when the location changes.
