Burr Receives National NACDEP Award
 Steven Burr, an Extension associate professor, recently received a national award from the National Association of Community Development Extension Professionals. His project, "Fact Sheets" Educational Package: Addressing Tourism Development in Its Relation to Community and Rural Development, won in the Communicator Awards - Educational Package individual section. His educational package consists of four fact sheets developed by USU's Institute for Outdoor Recreation and Tourism that focus on tourism development and its relation to community and rural development needs. Burr is the recreation resources management director at the Institute for Outdoor Recreation and Tourism at USU and an Extension specialist in outdoor recreation and tourism. |
