Designing with Bulbs for Spring Color Class

Displays of spring-flowering bulbs are an excellent way to highlight dark areas of the garden with brilliant color and create stunning focal points. The diversity of available bulbs guarantees something for every landscape situation, from formal display beds to naturalized mixed borders. This class will teach you effective ways to successfully combine plants to create vibrant designs that are visually stunning and will wow your neighbors and friends.

Farmer's Market Thursdays

The Utah Botanical Center's Farmers Market is growing. Every Thursday evening, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., local food producers and artisans gather at the William A. Varga Arboretum to display and sale their wares. Come enjoy an evening of fun, food and a stroll through the arboretum.

Bulbs offer spectacular color with minimal effort. With knowledgeable selection, they can supply spectacular bursts of garden color. This is a free class and will teach you how to use bulbs to design dazzling displays of colorful blooms for spring.
