Le Vigne de Alice, or "the Vineyards of Alice," is an all-woman operation named in honor of Cinzia's grandmother.  Cinzia set out to make an elegant and distinct Prosecco.  The 2009 Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry is the team's first sparkling wine; with a pale yellow color, distinct fruit and flower scents, and flavors of honeysuckle, acacia, pear, and apple, this Prosecco is simply divine!

The Alice Ose' Rose Brut is a "hippy" of a sparkling wine; one that goes against all trends.  Cinzia put together two local grapes: glera (white) and marzemino (red), which produced a wine that is sweet to the nose, yet dry on the tongue.  Bright, sparkling red with flavors of geranium and wild rose - YUMMY!

With a rating of 92 points from the Wine & Spirits Buying Guide, the 2009 Doro Brut Prosecco Superiore is an outstanding value.  Unusual and intriguing, this sparkler has fine continuous bubbles, a distinct scent of apple, and a balanced, dry, creamy palate.  DELICIOUS!
