The 2007 Dolcetto d'Alba
Bricco is a very pretty wine laced with perfumed red fruit. Most of the
intensity is up front with good structure. The Bricco remains a very traditional style of Dolcetto, but
in 2007 the sheer vibrancy of the fruit helps balance some of the more
rustic elements that are present. This is a very beautiful vintage for
the Bricco. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2013.

The 2005 DARE Tempranillo has a beautiful bouquet of lavender and violets on the nose amid layers of sweet red fruits, caramel, and smoky oak on the palate with a smooth and silky, elegant finish. Our Tempranillo would easily pair well with an array of grilled
vegetables, luscious meats or mildly spiced tapas.

MENDEL MALBEC 2007

Mendel's 2007 Malbec was sourced from a 45-acre parcel of 80-year-old vines in Lujan de Cuyo and aged for 12 months in French oak. Purple-colored, it displays an alluring bouquet of cedar, spice box, violets, and black cherry. Medium-bodied and elegant on the palate, it has plenty of savory fruit, cinnamon and allspice notes, excellent depth and concentration, and a fruit-filled finish. This stylish effort will evolve for 2-3 years and deliver prime drinking from 2011 to 2019.
MOMO SAUVIGNON BLANC 2009

Light and citrusy,
with grapefruit, tangerine and green melon flavors that linger on the
bright, juicy finish. Momo Sauvignon Blanc is made from a blend of fruit
from vineyards located on the plains of the Wairau Valley of
Marlborough. The grapes were picked in the late evening and early
morning to ensure the fruit was cool when it reached the winery. The
palate has depth and complexity with a hint of minerality. Delicious
with all types of seafood and summer salads, or just by itself as a
refreshing aperitif. I like this wine's purity and dusty texture.
CHATEAU DU ROUET
COTES DU PROVENCE ROSE´ 2009

Delicate salmon coloured wine. Intensive notes of raspberry and cassis on the nose. Fresh, fruity and elegant flavours on the palate. Volume and length. A blend of 60 % Grenache and 40 % Syrah, this wine is produced from first-press and saignee juice. Rouet is bottled in a traditional, clear hourglass-shaped bottle, making it as eye-catching as the wine is delightful.
