Two of Burgundy's greatest names - Jacques Seysses, founder of Domaine Dujac, and Aubert de Villaine, co-owner of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti - are the partners behind this pioneering property in Provence, northeast of Marseille and due east of Aix-en-Provence. In less than two decades, they have transformed this stunning 46-hectare site into one of the top wine estates in Southern France. Sainte Fleur is explosive on the nose with apricot, honeysuckle and honey aromas. It has great power and intensity, combined with a beautiful balance between richness, acidity and minerality.

This blush wine is made from grapes pressed, following only a very brief period of skin contact. It results in a rosé of a very light pink color. An aromatic nose of red fruits and candy is followed by a round, harmonious and seamless palate. This wine will seduce you by its freshness and elegance.

Made by the talented Carles Escolar, Zaumau is a
refreshing
change from many of the more internationally styled wines from Priorat.This cuvee is made from local varietals and does not see any oak,
enabling us
to taste the real terroir of Priorat. The vines are planted in the common
Llicocerella/Slate soils and the average vine age is 60-80 years old. A blend of Garnacha and Samso
(Carniñena), the
wine is spicy, complex, fresh and lively. Very pure and elegant.

MENDEL MALBEC 2007

Mendel's 2007 Malbec was sourced from a 45-acre parcel of 80-year-old vines in Lujan de Cuyo and aged for 12 months in French oak. Purple-colored, it displays an alluring bouquet of cedar, spice box, violets, and black cherry. Medium-bodied and elegant on the palate, it has plenty of savory fruit, cinnamon and allspice notes, excellent depth and concentration, and a fruit-filled finish. This stylish effort will evolve for 2-3 years and deliver prime drinking from 2011 to 2019.
MOMO SAUVIGNON BLANC 2009

Light and citrusy,
with grapefruit, tangerine and green melon flavors that linger on the
bright, juicy finish. Momo Sauvignon Blanc is made from a blend of fruit
from vineyards located on the plains of the Wairau Valley of
Marlborough. The grapes were picked in the late evening and early
morning to ensure the fruit was cool when it reached the winery. The
palate has depth and complexity with a hint of minerality. Delicious
with all types of seafood and summer salads, or just by itself as a
refreshing aperitif. I like this wine's purity and dusty texture.
CHATEAU DU ROUET
COTES DU PROVENCE ROSE 2009

Delicate salmon coloured wine. Intensive notes of raspberry and cassis on the nose. Fresh, fruity and elegant flavours on the palate. Volume and length. A blend of 60 % Grenache and 40 % Syrah, this wine is produced from first-press and saignee juice. Rouet is bottled in a traditional, clear hourglass-shaped bottle, making it as eye-catching as the wine is delightful.
