Happy Winter Everyone

Greetings!

It looks like winter is taking a break today and giving us a couple days of spring temperatures so get out of the house and enjoy the warm weather with your family and friends!

Today, as I am writing my newsletter it would have been my Dads 73rd birthday.  What a man my dad was, quiet, reserved, simple and funny.  As I look back, it is amazing to me all the things he taught me.  I think one of the most important things he imparted to me was perseverance.   Although I never knew he was teaching me this, (and maybe he didn't either)  it was through his daily actions;  hard work, determination and over coming many obstacles that I can now look back on and say "wow" you did that for me. I wish he was still here so I could say thank you.   I encourage all of you to take time with your parents and children and relish the special quiet moments together.

In hopes that spring will be here soon, please take a look at some of our  programs and offerings.

Etiquette Tip of the Month
They are called turn lights for a reason. Please use your turn lights when turning.  When you are in a turn lane, and people are behind you waiting to go forward it is common courtesy to put your light on.  When changing lanes it is polite to use your lights every time.  This small gesture shows that you are thinking about the drivers around you and it is the right thing to do.
Baking Tip of the Month
Always use real butter when baking.  Never margarine or butter substitute.  This will help create a richer and more flavorful dessert or baked good.
