The College of Metaphysical Studies
It is my pleasure to introduce the official newsletter of CMS. The editor, Donna Reiss,
has put many hours in and it offers so much that I don't know where to
start. You will find many different subjects including a special place
for CMS offerings. In the near future, I will contribute some metaphysical and spiritual articles that you might find interesting - perhaps you can even think of other ways to use them.
Donna encourages participation;
so if you have any comments or suggestions, just let her know. For those
of you who do not wish to receive the news letter you will find a
non-subscribe area at the bottom of this email. Barbara and I sincerely hope you enjoy these

Regularly send handwritten notes. Your friends, family and clients will appreciate it and you will feel ten-feet tall after having done that. It's a real boost to self confidence to do something lovely, generous and kind for another person. It need not take much time or money, even a simple postcard will be received with joy by another. Just think of how you feel when a friend sends a card for no particular reason other than to say hello or thank you.
