If you unable to participate by giving a gift, please consider a cash donation to the Missions Team to purchase any missing items.

NEW Couples Life Group:

Tuesdays, 6:00-8:00 pm

Join this Life Group and read, study and grow while reading the book, Love and War by John and Stasi Eldredge with other couples from Hope Des Moines. Love and War shows couples how to fight for their love and happiness, calling men and women to step into the great adventure God has waiting for them together. Walking alongside John and Stasi Eldredge, every couple can discover how their individual journeys are growing into a story of meaning much greater than anything they could do or be on their own.

For more information on joining please email: rick.werth@gmail.com

Watching and Waiting
Waiting and Watching: An Advent Prayer Journey
Advent (from the Latin word for coming) is a season of the church year where we're called to slow down and prepare our hearts for the coming of Jesus as a baby, as well as being ready for the second coming as he returns one day! The next 4 weeks of Advent, we're going to be praying together as a community for our hearts, our church, and our city.
We encourage everyone to join this journey in 2 simple ways:
1. Pick up a Hope Des Moines Advent Devotional Guide at the welcome center on Sundays or download at www.hopedesmoines.org
2. Spend time reading and praying along with the devotional and prayer
requests each day during the season of advent individually or as family.
*Reminders of the daily readings and devotion will be posted daily on the Hope Des Moines Facebook page as well.
