Does Working Out Ever Get Any Easier?
This is probably one of the most frequently asked questions I get.

It is a dream for most of us to walk into the club, workout and not feel like we are struggling. Let's face it, if working out were easy everyone would be doing it. There would be no infomercials, exercise gadgets or diet drugs flooding the market.

Our human nature, after all, looks for the easiest way to accomplish our task. Working out is no different. If you pay close attention to the way you workout, you'll discover a myriad of ways your body wants to help you with the most simple tasks. It takes discipline, concentration and determination to make your body take the more challenging route...each and every time.

To achieve real results you have to make your body do things it hasn't done before. That means moving in new, innovative and challenging ways. It means feeding your body differently to gently coax it into responding to food in ways that are beneficial. It means that you will always be pushing (pulling, dragging, crawling) to achieve just a little bit more than you thought you could.

So what happens when you find that you are able to do all the things you set out to do with little or no real effort? You got it! Time to step it up just a notch. There goes easy!

So with those thoughts in mind how would you answer the question above? More importantly are you even still asking the question?

Salads are dangerous territory! They seem healthy, and often are. But restaurants are notorious for piling on the calorie-rich ingredients.

If you order a salad pay close attention to the ingredients and always ask for dressing on the side.
