Cornerstone is so excited to announce their new television launch onto TCT television network.  "A Life Worth Living" will now be airing on Sunday nights on a station that all viewers in our local areas can receive.  We are believing God to use this to draw people to Himself and change lives.  We will begin airing during the summer months.  Stay tuned in to our service announcements for the exact launch date.  Let's believe God together that this move will impact thousands for Christ!

 

Cornerstone will be holding a Thank You Party on July 27th to say thank you to all those who serve at Cornerstone or are interested in serving. The Party will begin at 1 p.m. outside of the Ignited Center. We will also be holding a special service that morning from 11 a.m. to 12:15, which means that our 9 a.m. service will be cancelled.  We know that this service will inspire you to serve and make an impact on those around you for Christ. You won't want to miss this exciting event.  Families of those who serve are also welcome.  We will be having free food, games, prizes and much more.  This is our chance to say thank you for all the service you put into the ministries here at Cornerstone.  If you would like to attend the Party please sign up at the Guest Services desk in our main foyer, or fill out the insert in Sunday's bulletin.

Luke 12:13-21.  Jesus and Materialism.

What do you care more about, your relationship with God and others, or your financial situation?  We need to have the right priorities in order to enjoy the blessing that God has given us.  After all, God has blessed us to be a blessings to others.  When we make a decision to trust God instead of money, we are putting the kingdom of God first and we will store up treasures in heaven.  Let's make a committment to put our trust in God. Don't let fear in your heart make you materialistic, but choose to believe God and put Jesus first.

CIM will be offering a new three day intensive class titled "Introduction to Biblical Counseling." It will be offered in three sections on July 15th, 18th, and 19th.   To register you must present a copy of your high school diploma or transcripts, $25 application fee payable to Beacon University, and a CIM application fee of $125 payable to Cornerstone Church.  Also, a textbook must be read prior to attending the class.  To register for the class or for more information, visit the CIM Section of Guest Services located in our main foyer, before or after our services.

A reminder for all those who signed up to attend the dessert reception of Jen and Lucas Forsthoff that the reception will be held on July 11th from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Ignited Center.  Thank you.
