Maundy Thursday. The stories of Jesus' last days with his disciples are powerful in their intimacy and the practices that have emerged from them. We will discuss the different narratives of the Last Supper, the importance of table fellowship, and the hospitality offered in foot washing. The class is led by Canon Beth Knowlton. Week of Wonder registration is online!
Week of Wonder (WOW) is a creation themed Vacation Bible School centered on the Parable of the Sower.WOW is open to children who are three years old before March 1, 2011 through rising 5th graders. All participating children must be fully potty-trained. Week of Wonder will be June 6 - 10 from 9 a.m. to noon each day at the Cathedral of St. Philip. Register here from now until Wednesday, April 20. The cost is $50 per child. Late registrations will be accepted only until the program is at capacity and will incur a late fee of $30 per child. |

20s30s Sunday Brunch
The 20s30s has a scheduled brunch on the fourth Sunday of each month. 20s30s newcomers and regulars gather in the Atrium immediately following the 11:15 a.m. service. A 20s30s host leads the conversation for those gathered at nearby budget priced restaurant. The next brunch is Sunday, March 27. For questions or to volunteer to host, please email Mark Howard. |

The Resurrection: Lenten Reflections on the Easter Gospel
7 p.m. in Ch ild Hall
An accomplished group of speakers will look at treatments of the resurrection of the dead in tradition, scripture, music and the arts. The goal is to deepen our sense of how the Resurrection transforms the way we experience God and the expectations we have for our lives.
Topics and speakers include:

Habitat project has begun
Our Spring 2011 Habitat project began on Saturday, March 12 and continues each Saturday through April 30, excluding Easter weekend. If you have built before, come join again. If you have never built, come be part of this exciting ministry. No skills required, just your enthusiasm. We will give you the tools and training that you need to make a contribution. Cathedral Farmers Market to open April 9
We are counting the days until Saturday, April 9 when the Farmers Market will open for our fifth wonderful year. Lots of familiar vendors will be with us as well as some new ones. The Farmers Market is held in the Cathedral of St. Philip parking lot on Saturdays, April through September from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and October through December from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Learn more. |
