A special "thank you" to our Statewide Plunge Sponsors: the Minnesota FOP, Kwik Trip, Better Oats, Caribou Coffee, Culver's and Opportunity Services as well as our Statewide Plunge Media Partners: FOX-9 News and AllOver Media. We'd also like to recognize the Minneapolis Plunge Event Partners: Walmart, TD Ameritrade and Cowboy Slims.
 
The Polar Bear Plunge is just one of many fundraisers associated with the Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics. The Torch Run is the largest grassroots fundraiser and public awareness vehicle for Special Olympics in the world. A big "thank you" to the many law enforcement volunteers who devote their time to organize these special events, including the Minneapolis Police Department, Minneapolis Park Police Department, Metro Transit Police Department, Hennepin County Sheriff's Deputy Association, Minneapolis Police Federation and the University of Minnesota Police Department. Thank you for making these events possible!  
 
Incentives
We apologize if you did not receive your incentive on the day of the Plunge. Toward the end of Plunge season, we try not to order extra to reduce our overhead and ran out of a few sizes. Please know that we will mail out incentives as soon as possible. Allow four-six weeks to receive the items, and if you have not by then, please contact us at polarbearplunge@somn.org. We really appreciate your patience!

We also encourage you to post your personal photos and videos to the Polar Bear Plunge Facebook page and send your favorites to polarbearplunge@somn.org. Don't be shy; tell us your Plunge story!

 

To view and order photos from the event, visit www.clixsportsphotos.com, select the "View & Order Photos" tab, and under "Ordering Photos Online," click the orange link. A portion of all sales will go directly to Special Olympics Minnesota and the Minneapolis Polar Bear Plunge! Photos will be printed and mailed within 24 hours of order receipt.
