Welcome Kane Larin

Kane Larin

CRI is pleased to announce  the hire of our new Director of Programs & Operations

Kane Larin, a highly regarded veteran rower, has accepted the position effective May 26th, 2011.

A little bit about Kane

Kane started his rowing career at the University of Rochester where he rowed on the lightweight squad for four years.  He continued competing for Vesper Boat Club, Thames River Sculls, Riverside and the Boston Rowing Center, eventually making the national team four times and is a three time Pan American gold medalist.  He has also coached at the high school level and as the freshman (plebe) coach at the US Naval Academy.  Kane is an entrepreneur who comes to CRI after running his own business as an agent and producer for photographers.  He has two daughters and is married to two time Olympian Mary McCagg.  As a former lightweight, Kane appreciates a good slice of bacon.

Please help us extend a warm welcome to Kane!
