Abstract: Historically there has been a debate whether or not strength training enhances rowing performance. Mike Zawilinski, Northeastern University Rowing Strength & Conditioning Coach, decided to investigate this question further. Join us for a review of the scientific literature and a sneak peak of the results of Mike's recent study.
