Youth Training Trip

The Junior Competitive Teams and G-Row are down south for training trips this week. The boathouse is quiet in the afternoon-the perfect opportunity to squeeze in a independent workout. Come on down between 4pm and 8pm to take advantage.

Marathon Update

 

Want to meet some really awesome folks who are raising money for our G-Row Boston Girls team?

JOIN THEM this Saturday morning for a long run along the marathon course. 


Find Errol Yudelman in the  front lobby at 8:00am this Saturday. Errol is one of our volunteer trainers and will be leading this long run. He is also a competitive youth parent and an Ultra-marathon runner!

 

Saturday, Feb. 26th

 

Time Frame: 8:00am - 11:30am

 

Total miles: 14 to 20

(You can choose to turn around at any point.)  

 

The course: Begins and Ends at CRI's Boathouse.  Water stations will be set up along the course with water, Gatorade and lots of jelly beans.

 

Instructions: Please meet in the lobby at 8:00am and look for Errol. 
After the run food and drinks will be waiting in the G-Row Classroom.

 

Brunch: 11:30am - 12:00pm in the G-Row Classroom
