G-ROW Marathon Team Holds First Long Run
The " January Long Run and Brunch" for CRI's Marathon Runners and G-Row Girls was a huge success thanks to CRI's volunteer trainers Errol and Robyn, and to Alice, Director of G-Row. Marathon runners Cynthia and David had the opportunity to meet G-Row team members and their coaches after the run. The group kept a steady pace on the 16 mile course that Errol and Robyn outlined for the group, which included a 14 mile course and 12 mile course to accommodate everyone's training needs. Cynthia summed up the day best when she told us how " great it was to meet the girls and share lunch with them [and that] the run was fabulous and the coaches were so supportive--It was all a big boost to my training and my fundraising!"
Good luck training!
