NEW SERVICE HOUR OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
Please check in at the front desk or with Seth to earn service hours with these jobs;
Refill erg bottles- We have added disinfectant bottles to all the ergs in the community room. We need volunteers to keep the solution fresh and all the bottles filled. This job will help keep the community healthy through cold and flu season and our ergs clean and smooth. This job needs to be done once a week and counts for 30 minutes of service.
Change Towels- All ergs have individual towels for cleaning and disinfecting. We need volunteers to restock all ergs with fresh towels and put the used ones into the wash. Currently this means bringing towels home to wash, washer/dryer installation at the boathouse is in process. This job needs to be done weekly and counts for 30 minutes of service.
Vacuum Ergs- Over time ergs will accumulate dust and dander in side the fans. We are asking volunteers to open the flywheel assembly and clean out any debris. Cri will provide tools and instruction. This job needs to be one on each erg once per term and counts for 10 minutes of service per erg.
Clean Chairs-The folding event chairs are due for some TLC. Volunteers are needed to clean and wipe down the chairs.
