2nd FLOOR CLOSED SIGN:
We have laminated 2nd Floor Closed signs in the event drawer. Please post at least one of those in the front lobby. If for some reason there is no sign there-- make one on the computer print one out and hang it up. If the computer doesn't work, please hand write a sign that says:
"2nd FLOOR CLOSED
PRIVATE EVENT"
In addition to hanging the sign, stop anyone who tries to go upstairs from 2pm onward. Rob will be working hard to clean the community room and upstairs bathrooms in preparation of the wedding that evening.
COMMUNITY ROOM
Front desk staff person to remind every coach that comes through the door that morning that they need to have their rowers move EVERYTHING out of the community room and into the weight room sometime before 1pm. It can be before practice or after.
SCHEDULE
1pm - All Ergs, etc put away by comp. youth teams.
2pm - Rob arrives to clean & 2nd Floor is NOW CLOSED!
4pm - Lock up building and leave Rob inside to clean. :)
5:30pm - Jean Arrives
6:00pm - Caterers arrive to set up
8:00pm - Party Starts
