 "Nutrition for Optimal Rowing Performance"

Back by popular demand, Jennifer Sacheck, Tufts University professor, researcher, and local nutrition guru will return for a lively presentation on eating and nourishment for rowers.  This will NOT be another blah, blah, blah chat about the number of CHO grams in a bagel! Jenn Will:
  • Provide real world strategies on eating well in a busy world
  • Review nutrient timing (before, during, and after workouts)
  • Discuss how to maintain lean body mass (ie. muscles)
  • Give us healthful guidelines for vegetarian athletes
Please join us to hear Jennifer's expertise, and to support our rowing community and the value of sharing with and learning from each other!
