Winter Registration Now Open
After weeks of careful planning the new CRI Winter Training Test Registration Site is up and running. Thank you for your patience as we try a new registration system for 2010 Winter Programs. As always all helpful feedback about the registration experience is welcome. While new and different, the registration system has many features both beneficial to CRI staff and rowers. Go ahead, register now!

Phone-a-thon Volunteers Needed
November 1st marked the beginning of the 2010 fiscal year! We are looking for volunteers from each program to help make phone calls during CRI's Annual Phonathon. The details are below.
WHAT: Annual Appeal Phonathon
WHEN: Tuesday, December 1st and Wednesday, December 2nd
TIME: 5:30pm pizza and soda, 6:00pm - 8:00pm making calls
WHERE: Harry Parker Boathouse, 2nd Floor Admin. Area
VOLUNTEER: Email Leigh at leigh@communityrowing.org

New Sculling Captains Elected
The Scullers voted in two new co-captains this week. We had a terrific field of candidates nominated for co-captain and in a close race the scullers voted in Chris Flynn and Henriette Power to serve as co-captains for the next 2 year term. Chris has been sweep rowing and sculling since 1989 and he has been involved with CRI as a PBO and sweep rower since 1998. Henri Powers has been sculling at CRI for several years and this is her second term as co-captain. Thanks to everyone who participated, especially all the candidates and congratulations to our new captains. Thank you also to Jacquie McCarthy, stepping down after her term as captain.
