In addition to presenting next Tuesday, March 10th at 6:30pm at CRI, as part of the CRI Vespoli Education Servies, Coach Kaehler will be conducting comprehensive structual evaluations March 10th - 11th.

This comprehensive evaluation identifies your flexibility and strength limitations which are then addressed by Coach Kaehler, giving you a comprehensive, corrective exercise program to help restore your musculoskeletal balance.  This corrective balancing helps you resolve chronic injuries, restore flexibility and strength, and improve your rowing technique and power.   The structural evaluation and corrective exercise sessions last 75 -90 minutes.

Please refer to the schedule for availability.  Because of the high demand and personalized attention provided, limited space is available.
