2009 Off to a GREAT Start!
$14,455 raised towards the Annual Appeal,
$8,455 OVER the January 2009 Goal!
RECORD NUMBER OF DONORS BREAK CRI FUNDRAISING RECORD!
Therm. 1.13.2009 36,000
Holy cow!  CRI members and friends went above and beyond what we ever could have hoped for!  Record

Currently, CRI's Annual Fund has reached a new record high for the month of January of $44,455 from a record high number of donors, 215  -- Two firsts in the history of CRI!!

Last year, on January 13, 2008 CRI's Annual Fund was at $40,425 raised.  At the end of January 2008 the fund was at $41,610.

This means that we are currently $2,845 ahead of what was raised by the end of January 2008 and its only mid-month--- This is an extraordinary feat under normal circumstances, but it is unheard of in the current uncertain economic times!!

As promised, today we held the drawing for the CRI Jacket.  All Annual Appeal donors were placed in the "hat." The winner is Catherine Picard--Congratulations! (Please contact Leigh Terry at leigh@communityrowing.org to pick up your CRI jacket.)

If you have yet to make your contribution to the Annual Fund, now is the time to bring us to the next major fundraising target--  The 75% mark and enter to win a CRI jacket at the same time!

Please considering making a DONATION TODAY.

NEW GOAL $54,000 or 75% by February 2009
Therm 1.13.2008 75%

Thanks to the wide spread support of our members last week, we not only reached our January goal, we also raised an additional $8,455 towards our new %54,000 goal, which is also 75% of our total FY09 Goal.
