Community Rowing, Inc. Boathouse Construction Update |
 The work you see happening on the exterior of the building includes a steel system which will hold the Prodema: yellow wood grain siding. The black panels that are being attached to the second floor exterior are part of the wall systems which provides the air and vapor barrier for the non boat storage sections of the boathouse. The window openings throughout the building are being framed in preparation for window delivery. The plumbers continue to install both sanitary and storm drain lines on the first and second floors. Roofers are working on completing installation of the roof system in the main boathouse.
