"What's great about the soufflé' is that it can be an everyday staple in your diet! Also if in show prep and your diet still consists of the following ingredients, there ya go!
For example if a meal in your diet consists of 1.5 scoops whey protein, half a banana and a healthy fat you just swap it and make sure calories, proteins, and fats all coincide (match). Just a lil tip that helps me fight cravings and feel like I'm have a desert all in one!
