"What's great about the souffl�' is that it can be an everyday staple in your diet! Also if in show prep and your diet still consists of the following ingredients, there ya go!
For example if a meal in your diet consists of 1.5 scoops whey protein, half a banana and a healthy fat you just swap it and make sure calories, proteins, and fats all coincide (match). Just a lil tip that helps me fight cravings and feel like I'm have a desert all in one!
