Perlmutter Properties has been appointed co-exclusive agent with GHP Office Realty to represent 79 and 95 East Putnam Avenue in Greenwich, Connecticut. 
Both buildings are optimally located across the street from Whole Foods, and near Greenwich Avenue.
 
There is an 1879 East Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, CT00* SF retail space available at 79 East Putnam Avenue, the landmark Outdoor Traders Building.  Two spaces, one is 608 SF and the other 1866 SF, will be available this Fall and can be combined.   Perlmutter Properties recently placed Edward Jones on the second floor. 

1,393 SF of ground floor showroom or office space is for rent at 95 East Putnam Avenue.  An antiques store which specializes in the sale of reproductions of American antique furniture and lighting recently signed a lease at 95 East Putnam Avenue, which has 95 East Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, CTa distinctive two story entrance portico, giving the buidling excellent visibility. Triangle Shopping Center - Yorktown Heights NY
 Retail and Office Space Available
The Goddard School has signed a lease for 10,000 SF at the 230,000 SF Triangle Shopping Center for use as a day care center.  The space is located next to the Country Academy of Dance.  The dance school brings over 750 students to the center each week, and The Goddard School will have over 120 students when completed later this year.  David Perlmutter represented both the Landord and The Goddard School.

The Triangle Shopping Center is located on Route 118 in Yorktown Heights, NY.  It is the dominant shopping center in the market, and there is space available for immediate occupancy, including individual units on the north side of the Triangle Shopping Centercenter of 2823 and 5313 SF.  These spaces are between My Gym and Okinawa Restaurant. 

Additionally, a 1200 SF store is available next to GameStop, and a 4,400 SF space is available next to A&P.  Two new stores can be created on the north side from former storage space, next to Weight Watchers, a 1000 SF space and an 800 SF store. 

Two office suites are available in the newly renovated Triangle Professional Building.  The spaces are approximately 2000* and 1700 SF.  The latter space can also be rented as two smaller units.

A new 42,000 SF retail center is being developed on the west bound side of Route 10 in Livingston, New Jersey.  The site, which is now used for light industrial and warehouse space is well into the approval process.

University Centre - Newark, NJ
Triangle Shopping Center Downtown Retail-Fully Leased

Subway and EZ Mart signed a lease for combined store at University Centre in Newark, New Jersey during February.
University Centre is a new dormitory facility completed in 2007 for students attending Rutgers University and New Jersey Institute of Technology and other area colleges.  A lease for 1990 SF of space was just signed with WOW Wingery and Cafe.  The tenant is represented by Florian Suserman of the Goldstein Group. 

Located at 250 Central Avenue in the University Heights section of Newark, NJ, University Centre has 838 student residents living above the retail space.  Approximately 30,000 students attend the Rutgers Newark campus, NJIT and Essex County College.  The Newark Light Rail Warren Street stop is less than a block away, as well.  For additional information on the amenities offered at University Centre, click here.

Randolph Pavillion is a proposed 21,000 SF retail development that will be located on Route 10 East, near the intersection with Millbrook Avenue.  A lease is out for negotiation for 11,000 SF with a rapidly expanding day care center.  The site has over 600 feet of highway frontage.  There is an average daily traffic count in excess of 52,000 cars.  Stores  from 1400 SF and up are available.
