NYC Office Move
SJF's New York office is moving to 885 Third Avenue, 20 th Floor, New York, NY 10022. Arrun Kapoor leads SJF's operations in New York. David Kirkpatrick will be returning from the New York office to North Carolina in January. Alan Kelley established SJF's West Coast office in San Francisco in the fall of 2009.

SJF Holiday Greetings
In 2009, SJF celebrated its tenth anniversary with a Green Economy Summit, organized multiple cleantech networking events, invested in new portfolio companies FieldView and MediaMath, assisted hundreds of entrepreneurs and opened a West Coast office. In a difficult recession, SJF and our partners helped grow leading portfolio companies including groSolar, CleanScapes, Rustic Crust, Ed Map, Salvage Direct, Ryla, MedPage Today, Truist, B.B. SJF Leads Series A Investment in FieldView Solutions
SJF Ventures announced that it led a $2.75m Series A financing in FieldView Solutions. Milestone Venture Partners and Osage Partners participated in the financing round.
FieldView Solutions is an enterprise software company based in Edison, NJ, that provides data center managers with a solution to enhance capacity planning, energy management, and risk mitigation for critical assets. FieldView's customer list includes some of the world's largest financial, insurance, co-location, and pharmaceutical companies. Customers benefit by avoiding millions of dollars of unnecessary capital expenditures, minimizing data center downtime through better load management, and reducing energy consumption and costs through consolidating assets. SJF Invests in MediaMath
SJF Ventures invested in MediaMath's Series B financing. MediaMath, based in New York City, is a leading online media trading company that offers advertising agencies unprecedented reach and performance through a combination of unique data integration and algorithmic bidding through advertising exchanges. MediaMath's buying platform provides advertising agencies with access to more than 10 billion impressions daily.

Cleantech Networking Events in NC and NY
SJF hosted its fifth Cleantech networking event in the Triangle on December 14 at the Irregardless Café in Raleigh. More than 150 participants attended the happy hour representing a cross section of entrepreneurs, service providers and investors from the cleantech business community. Linda Kushner, the Director of Renewable Energy Business Development for Progress Energy, presented at the event.
Earlier in December, SJF assembled a gathering of clean energy business professionals in New York City. More than 200 individuals from the Tri-State area met at Connolly's in Midtown Manhattan to network with others involved in cleantech businesses. The REBN New York Chapter was founded in 2008 by SJF Ventures, Credit Suisse and Cooley Godward.
