The conference will begin a discussion of what Virginia and surrounding areas can do from a policy perspective to attract more investment, jobs and energy production. Panels will feature content about raising private capital, working with local governments, partnership opportunities with utility companies and successful strategies for positioning your startup company. Michael Eckhart, President of the American Council on Renewable Energy, will be keynote for breakfast on Friday, November 13.
