- Responsible for caseload including but not limited to: employment and labor issues, immigration issues, trade issues, discipline actions and EEOC complaints
- Research and write legal memoranda as requested by Agency, motions and briefs for submission internally, in administrative proceedings as well as federal court
- Responsible for independent caseload ranging from traffic violations, misdemeanors, felonies and child abuse/neglect cases
- Handle daily call in United States Magistrate court including misdemeanor and felony initial appearances, probable cause and detention hearings, arraignments and sentencing hearings

- Analyze and process disputes for charges/claims made with debit cards
- Process letters for all correspondence necessary
- Train new employees for all department responsibilities
- Work with the call centers as Subject Matter Expert
- Audit claims and accounts for processing errors
- Correspond with clients and participants regarding accounts
- Assist brokers and sales representatives with account inquiries
- Ensure all activities are according to HIPPA laws and regulations
- Create training manuals, standard forms, and operating procedures
