Newsletter January 2011

Greetings!

As our first newsletter of 2011 and with everyone getting back to work we will keep this issue very short and to the point.

2011 is going to be a challenging year for all businesses in the UK and around the world but as has been proven time and time again those organisations that look to the future now always come through difficult times stronger and with more vigour leading to growth and success.

We want to know how we can help you achieve this growth and success so please take our very short survey so that we can understand which services you are most likely to need from us in 2011.

If you want to make yourself stand out from the crowd then what could be better than achieving recognition for Excellence which can be used to differentiate your business from all the others. In the UK we are assisting the British Quality Foundation with the UK Excellence awards process and the 25th January is a very significant date for potential applicants - see below.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy and prosperous new year and every success in 2011.

UK Excellence Awards 2011

If you are considering applying for the 2011 UK Excellence award please see the information below on attending a workshop in January to explain what you need to know about applying.

Ley hill solutions will be supporting the British Quality Foundation at this event on the 25th January so if you have any questions for us please use our contact form on the website.

Questions about the workshop in January should go to Sally Green at the BQF - her contact details are at the bottom of this article.

The UK Excellence Award is open to any organisation in the UK, and is an excellent opportunity to find out how good your organisation really is, by being measured against Europe's most widely used management framework - the EFQM Excellence Model.  Another invaluable benefit is the opportunity to receive written and face to face feedback on your organisation's performance from the specially trained assessor team.

There will be a workshop at the BQF on Tuesday 25th January 2011 where you can find out more about the entry process, and more importantly the benefits, relating to the Award.

If you would like to know which organisations have previously received this prestigious recognition please follow this link to the Awards winners of both the UK and European Excellence awards.

If you are considering making an application for the UK Excellence Award - please contact Sally Green as soon as possible, so that she can discuss with you your organisation's submission and the assistance available.
