Hi everyone! This is the last reminder that our Dakota Stones Trunk Show will end this Sat., 05/22/10. Our next trunk show with Dakota Stones is scheduled for Fall. If you missed my last email, we received an additional supply of bronze-infused purple turquoise, including shapes we didn't have when the show began nearly 2 weeks ago.
We now have pear-shaped pendants, 12mm squares, 12mm coins, chips, 8mm rounds, 6mm rondelles, and 10x14 ovals, in addition to 10x12 rice, 18x25 rectangle, ladder pendant, 4mm round, 6mm round, and 6mm heishi shapes. See the first photo below.
Below are pictures and a list of the stones we've received. The trunk show inventory ranges in price from $4 - 50 per strand. We have a bargain bucket of fun closeout strands of beads that are $8.50 each or 3 for $20. See the 3rd photo below. There are also some large-holed beads that would be great for leather, hemp, silk cords, suede, etc.

If you are unfamiliar with trunk shows, we have them when we sell products for a bead vendor or artist. The vendors usually send us stock and we sell it for them. When the trunk show ends, the merchandise is returned to the vendor. Because the merchandise is not our own, we cannot extend any discounts on it. |
More New Stock at Reed's Beads
Besides the freshwater pearls we unveiled last week, we have a number of new semi-precious strands and czech glass in fire-polished styles and pressed glass shapes coming out today and tomorrow.
The semi-precious additions include red and black banded agates, amazonite, amethyst, apatite, aquamarine, carnelian, chrysocolla, chryophase, citrine, garnet, iolite, labradorite, magnesite, moukaite, onyx, peridot, rhodochrosite, rhodolite garnet, rose quartz, ruby, sapphire, smoky quartz, sodalite, sunstone, tourmaline, and tourmilated quartz in various shapes and sizes.
The glass includes 3 and 4mm fire-polished rounds, lots of fire-polished rondelles, and loads of drops, daggers, and lentils, etc. Please see the photos below. The stones are on the left and the glass is on the right.
After all of this is ready, we'll start working on the Bali silver beads and toggles. I will continue to update our blog with photos as we put new things out for sale.

NOTE: Our last Intro to Art Clay Silver class for the summer is scheduled for Sat., 06/19/10 from 10AM - 1PM. There are 4 seats available.
