Sweet Dreams & Notte Bianca
SWEET DREAMS 2011, SOLANA BEACH, SAN DIEGO - Wednesday July 13 7:00 PM ~ Our second annual San Diego fund raiser at the Beach Grass Cafe to benefit the children of Baja. Live music, silent auction, great food, and good times. Click HERE for more information and tickets.
LA NOTTE BIANCA 2011, SANTA ANA, ORANGE COUNTY - Thursday July 28 6:00 PM ~ Wear something white and transform yourself to Tuscany for the evening and enjoy Italian appetizers and wine at the best Italian restaurant in Orange County - Antonello Restaurante. Join us for these two important summer events to benefit the children. Funds raised will allow us to provide life sustainable support for our 800 children. Both events will have silent auctions, delicious food, live music, and presentations on our work in Baja. A perfect opportunity to learn more of our work and bring others.

Los Angelitos/El Faro Orphanage Trip ~ July 16

Ready for a life changing experience? Do you have a pre-teen or teen that does not appreciate all that he/she has? Are you looking for a way to give back internationally but can not afford or have the time to do a 2 week missionary trip overseas?
You need to visit our kids living at a Baja orphanage for a one day trip on a beautiful charter bus along with 50 others friends from Southern California and beyond. All we ask is that you pay $40 to help cover trip cost, bring your passport to get back home and most importantly, send a message to the kids that you took the time to visit and that someone cares.

Help us educate a child. This is going to be a very difficult year for Corazon de Vida to get over 500 students into school for the 2011/2012 year. Our students range from kindergarten to university and depend on us for an education.
Many of our children are just completing the school year but in just 6 short weeks, they will look to us for uniforms, shoes, material, registration fees, transportation and much more. $100 will pay for one student to enter school with all he or she needs to learn.

Thanks to Junior Chloe Chung, president of the school CDV Club, for the invitation and collection of supplies. This summer, CDV representatives will have speaking engagements at the for the South Pasadena Rotary Club and Fountain Valley Knights of Columbus.
