For the cost of a $10 movie ticket on a Saturday night, CDV can feed a child for 3 days. For the cost of a $25 seat at Dodger Stadium, CDV can fill a cavity to relieve dental pain. A $50 haircut can pay tuition for 2 kindergarten students for one month. Take a step back and look at the unessential things we spend money on each month and imagine what this can do for a child.
 
We have created new recurring monthly donation options on our website for $10, $25 and $50 in addition to our full child sponsorship of $62.50. We understand that these are difficult times for everyone, but if we can sacrifice a movie ticket or new hairstyle at least once per month, you will give hope to a hopeless child.  These have been challenging months for us but with our dedicated sponsors, we have not lowered our support to any of the orphanages. 43 volunteers from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego joined us on July 11 to visit the children at the Hacienda Orphanage. As usual, the kids gave us more than we could have possibly give to them. Thanks to new sponsor ACTIVATE WATER who provided a cool refreshing drink for the ride home, it was another perfect and fun day visiting the kids.
