Orphanage Trips Have Been Reinstated
"Why does no one visit us any more?"
"Did we do something wrong?"
Difficult questions we have been answering lately, but have reassured the children that it is our problem, not theirs. If you have not been on one of our orphanage trips, you are missing out. We need your smiles, your arms to hug, your artistic talent to color, and your desire to make a difference even if it is just for a few hours. We promise you that the kids will give you more than what we can possibly give to them.

CDV Needs
Portable Projector
We are in need of a projector to do laptop presentations at clubs, churches and corporate meetings. If you have one you would like to donate, please email cdvinfo@corazondevida.org. If you would like CDV to speak at your meeting for possible involvement in doing community service or fund raising, please let us know.
Used Vehicles
The orphanages are in desperate need of vehicles, all types, sizes and shapes. As long as it is in running condition and safe, we can receive it and deliver to the orphanage. All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law. |

- Thank you to Costa Mesa Self Storage for their 6 month donation of a much needed storage facility for our donations and supplies. If you need storage facilities in Costa Mesa, corner of Red Hill & McCormick, please call Kathy at 714-966-9901 and tell them CDV sent you. We need to support businesses that support the kids.
- Thank you to Edison Language Academy in Santa Monica for collecting much needed supplies like toothbrushes, toothpaste, baby wipes, trash bags, shampoo, lotion, and much more. Multiply by 20 the items you buy for your home and you get an idea of what an orphanage needs. Gracias to the young students of Edison.
- Thank you to UC Riverside Beta Phi Delta for their donation of 28 boxes of school supplies including pens, pencils, notebooks, papers and much, much more. The kids will start school in August with the proper material to be successful.
- Thank you to Chris Snider for building a new school room at the Hacienda orphanage. This has freed up space in the orphanage to allow us to create a teen recreation room with a TV, music, tables, books, posters and other fun stuff. Check out the photos.
- Our CDV child sponsors who continue to help us with our mission to feed and support 750 children living at 14 Baja orphanages - we could not do it without you!
