The way we access your energy is through your etheric teachers (you have 12, as well as two guides). They basically handle the procedure in coordination with my teachers and me. As you probably know, your etheric teachers are already ascended beings (your guides are pursuing ascension and are between incarnations) and they work with you to support your spiritual growth.

This all depends on you. Your frequency will increase based on the Light you manifest through every thought, word and deed. But as long as you're not doing things to damage your aura you should be okay (e.g., heavy smoking, drinking, drugs, etc.).
 
The best way to do this is through accessing the Light energy and using your Divine Template. To get an even higher boost in frequency, you would need to remove some of the programming that everyone has (e.g., Ego Program, Comfort Zone Program, Bad Seed, etc.).

This is different because this is working with over 600,000 dimensions (through 8 million chakras) instead of just the third dimension. But, yes, that is very true (it can actually take many lifetimes). Most people do not make it there. But by increasing the chakra column (think of it as rewiring your house) you can handle the higher level and use it to benefit the planet by spreading Light and love.

The Chakra Expansion is done remotely, and it takes approximately 60 minutes. I always try to do these activations when the person is sleeping. That way they are better able to assimilate the energies.

The activations went fine. As far as moving forward, you're welcome to continue with your teachers' recommendations. These are all designed to remove any obstacles that could keep people from ascending. Generally, these obstacles hinder our efforts to love ourselves and one another.

That's a very good question. If you can't 'see' it than there are a few ways to handle it. In some cases a person might be able to feel or sense the answers, but a more accurate way would be to ask your teachers and guides what occurred on the map. So then it depends if you can 'hear' them or not. If you can, that's best. But if you can't you would have to use a form of muscle-testing with your fingers. You would have to stay grounded to do this correctly and you can only ask 'yes-no' answers, but it would be another way of doing it. I also teach this in the monthly Lightwork class.

My teachers have asked me to start teaching the Light Meditation class instead of the Extreme class because the Light Meditation class focuses on personal spiritual growth. The Extreme class is better for clearing out lower level energies around the planet, but they feel that Earth is at a stage now where we need to focus on helping everyone with their personal growth. However, we may start up the Extreme class again at a later date.

We focus on accessing Light energy to work with the four main chakras that affect our lives. We learn how to remove subconscious patterns (everyone thought this was interesting), remove stress from our nerve centers and spine (everyone really likes this) clear lower level energies in our homes, food, etc., learn how to forgive on an etheric level(this gets a little emotional). We also talk about using the Light for healing ourselves and others, and helping impact conditions and situations on the planet.

If you'd like to help you could learn how to send Light around the planet. That would be a great help. You could either take my Lightwork class or try reviewing some of the free articles from my website (this isn't as good, but any help is better than none).

When I got home, I just fell asleep, maybe because all of the beautifully healings that you did for us during the class. But I feel very good and very calm now. In every thing you said I just knew instinctively that you are right and it made sense to me, and also when you said watching our behavior, words, thoughts, deeds; it all generates energy of some form or another and it affects us deeply if it's not loving, positive energy. And the truth is we cannot suffer enough to change the past, so with this realization in mind, why not just make it that easy to just leave the past in the past? You can do it as often as you'd like. However, it won't always go up so high each time you do it. Sometimes your frequency will go up less, based on what your teachers feel you should have.

This is what my teachers said, "This is not something that we would want you to do. We don't feel that this is really something that would work for you. There are others things that would work better and that is what you should focus on. There are things that work better when you are trying to overcome something that has been troubling you, but this is not one of those types that would work for you."

As far as whether it's appropriate or not, my teachers had this to say, which I'm paraphrasing: Some things are appropriate and some things are not. Some things are of the Light and work for people; and some things are not of the Light (or Dark for that matter), but still work for people. Therefore, everyone should ask their teachers if a specific modality would be good for them, as some would be good for them, but not for someone else.

They also mentioned that not everything is 'black or white' so it would be more useful for someone to check with their etheric teachers before they participate in a specific modality, rather than just 'throw the baby out with the bath water.' As long as they check with their teachers first, they should be okay. 

Finger testing also doesn't allow for the "I don't know" or "I don't want to tell you," or the "answer is more complex than a 'yes or no' answer" responses. So I don't use it too much, but I mention it to people who are having trouble connecting with their teachers otherwise.

Another thing about finger testing is that a person can get ungrounded while asking a question if there is any anxiety around the question. When this happens, a part of you has splintered off and is roaming around in the Astral Planes. The more you get ungrounded, the more you split off. So when you get your answer (and maybe you've broken off into three or four of you by then), who now is giving it since you can no longer properly connect with your teachers? So you may or may not get the correct answer. That's why we ground and have all parts of us return, because several parts ventured off.
 
Editor's note: A person mentioned that they were using finger testing to determine if a spiritual practice was from the 'Light,' but they wanted to request my feedback to see if I concurred with their results.

it's a little more complicated than that, which is why I'm trying not to say that something is definitely useful or not, as it depends on where it initiated, whom the practitioner is doing it, and whom is receiving it. So it's hard to stereotype.
 
For example, food and water is good and necessary for us, but you could not say that it is of the 'Light.' Certain medicines are good for some people in certain situations, but you cannot say that these medicines are of the Light. Nor would we say that they are of the 'Dark.' They are just 'things.'
 
Certain modalities are invented that are of the Light, and some are not. Not all those that are not of the Light are bad, as it could have some benefit. But it does not mean that the being(s) supporting it are doing so on behalf of the 'Light.' So in this context, I'm referring to it in a 'corporate' or institutional sense (e.g., Council of Light).
 
However, it does not mean that if something is of the Light in a corporate sense, that it is necessarily what someone should do; and that could be for any number of reasons. Nor am I saying that something not sponsored by the Light is something that we should not do.
 
And if someone does something of the Light, they could still receive a programming of some type outside of their participation in that modality; and someone who does something that's not part of the Light, may just as easily not receive some type of programming. And that is because the downloading of programs may be an entirely separate event outside of participation in any modality.
 
I asked your teachers about the issue of the programming and the entity and they responded:
 
"You need to be careful when you're doing this because you are not always getting the correct answer. This is because you were having some difficulty with some of the ideas the person was talking about. So what you need to do is work with this in a way that is more neutral. That way you won't come up with the answer that you did."
 
Also, and this is from me, muscle-testing (or finger testing) is not an exact science for a number of reasons, and one of the problems is that people don't stay grounded enough, which also distorts the answers they receive (they told me that you were frequently around 40%, and you need to be at about 60% or more).  So to stay grounded, a person might try one or all (or similar) exercises several times a day:

1. Imagine you're standing against a tree, becoming one with it.

2. Imagine etheric threads or roots going down from your feet down to the center of the Earth.

3. Run an etheric thread from your hip to the ground.

4. Ask that all parts of you that might have journeyed now return to you, from every dimension or universe, plain, level, system, realm and kingdom.

 

I'm not sure exactly what questions you were asking, but the very act of asking any type of question can be tricky, and they've mentioned that you may not always be asking your questions in a way that they can answer. Since you are restricted to 'yes or no' answers from them, it's sometimes difficult to answer that way if your question isn't asked just right.  And even if they did answer in a specific way, the answer might change in the days or weeks ahead based on other factors. That's why I was saying that it's not an exact science. But you should not doubt whether you can rely on your teachers or guides, because you absolutely can. It may be however, that you may want to spend more time in meditation to get your answers, as opposed to using the finger testing method.

Everything I have learned about using the 'finger-testing' method is through trial and error over the past three years. While our spiritual teachers and guides want to support us in our lives, and mainly in our spiritual development, they don't want to interfere by imposing their will on us (just like we would not want to try and impose our will on our adult children). They want to coach us, but they want us to 'play the game on the field' so to speak.

With money, they want us to work hard and be wise stewards with our money. They don't like the stock market because they know how crooked it is, and they see it as a form of gambling. They don't forbid us from being involved with it, but they don't want to advise us either. And if they did, the situation could change after they advised us which could alter the value of their advice.
 
If we sought their advice with relationships, they will guide us to be more loving and kind to others, and they would give their opinion about a person if you wanted to pursue them for marriage. However, they won't say you should or should not marry someone, only whether they feel you would be compatible. And if they did find that you were compatible, it's still possible that this could change over the years.
 
So while they want to be there for us, they also want us to develop wisdom so that we can be teachers like them some day. And while most people do not pursue their guidance enough, it's also possible to ask for their help too much - as their main role is to help us grow spiritually and in our love for ourselves and others.
 
In general, I know that it can be frustrating when we feel we're not getting through, and it can be easy to give up hope. Some prefer to meditate and trust their intuition, or learn to listen to the voice they hear during their meditation. Others ask their Higher Self for help. So it just takes time and practice, and you need to be patient with yourself. However, your teachers want you to know that you're doing a good job and they love you very much. So don't get discouraged, it's more of a matter with technique and the nature of trying to connect to other dimensions that is causing difficulty for you. But also note that it's not always easy for everyone, and it takes a lot of practice. 

Most of the time, your teachers won't share specifics because that could affect the outcome in a way that was unintended. They will often share general intentions, because they want us to 'remember' what it was we intended. For example, they might say in general that a person may want to be a teacher, without getting too specific about subjects or grade levels. 

In your case, they wanted to offer what would be most useful for you. And they said if you do this, you will soon figure out what you intended to do, learn, etc., before you incarnated. They like us to figure it out, and they'd rather show us the path and allow us to walk it without too much interference because the journey of discovery is so important. So besides this, what would help you the most is daily meditation so you can listen to your Higher Self, etheric teachers and guides for more encouragement and support.

Your etheric teachers told me that you have four separate lifetimes of financial issues that this problem stems from. Your relationship issue stems from another lifetime too. You may want to consider a Past Life Intervention so you can heal those energies you're bringing forward from these lifetimes.

A lot of things can be healed, but whether a person is healed or not is between them and their etheric teachers. Sometimes it's related to their karma and other times it has to do with what they wanted to experience in that lifetime. But a person can usually always receive comfort for what's bothering them.
