Editor's note: A reader asked how to properly use the 6th Divine Template, the Rainbow Arc of Simplicity. They wondered how long it hs to remain wrapped around that issue, and whether you can use it on more than one issue at a time.
When you use the #6 template, it stays in place as long as you are thinking about using it for that particular situation. For example, if you are trying to solve a difficult math problem, you would put it in place, and it would stay there until you're done with that problem. If you put the problem aside for a time, the rainbow is no longer in place. You can use if for any number of issues, but it's only working for the issue that you are focusing on at any particular moment.

Concerning ascension, age isn't a factor as far as being too old. Some will go at that time and some will stay behind to help with the planet. So in some regards, you may have it backwards in that we would be more likely to stay behind. I already know that I'm staying for maybe another 20 to 30 years; just hope it's not too rough afterwards, but there is some indication that it might be.

When I asked about what happened to you, I was told you were fine and that you shouldn't worry about it. However, when you attempt to access the psychic realm you need to make sure that you're grounded well or you could catch some interference. Since you have strong psychic senses, you could feel the interference if you're not grounded.
Editor's note: A Lightworker expressed some concerns about a vivid, frightening dream that they had.
I think the way to handle the dreams is to try and get into an alpha state and ask to be shown what you need to know about that. The process could take you about 30-60 minutes, and requires you to relax and take slow, deep breathes.
But as you probably know, one thing that happens with spiritual people is that they often don't ground themselves enough and that causes them to 'split apart' enough within their core and they start experiencing everything the astral planes have to offer.

I asked your etheric teachers and we think it's a 'grounding issue.' Try one or all of the following techniques regularly throughout the day and this should make up the difference. But also, you may want to hold off reading what you were; at least for a while.
1. Imagine you're standing against a tree, becoming one with it.
2. Imagine etheric threads or roots going down from your feet down to the center of the Earth.
3. Run an etheric thread from your hip to the ground.
4. Ask that all parts of you that might have journeyed now return to you, from every dimension or universe, plain, level, system, realm and kingdom.
