There will be many surprises for you as we move forward with ascension. It won't be long before we allow you to communicate with other planets. This will include working closely with them and beginning a new trade agreement.

The Top 12 Things I Learned From the Galactic Federation in 2008
12. One way to measure our overall physical health is by the relative age of our internal body. The many complex systems and organs that work so well together have a relative age limit of 65. So a person could be younger in actual age, but have a body that's older, or older in actual age but have a body that's younger. They also mentioned that when a person nears death, that energy can be seen in their aura.
11. I was given nutritional advice to change my pattern of when I eat certain foods during the day, and to keep everything in moderation. They recommended that I eat raw fruits and vegetables for breakfast, a heavier meal for lunch that included starches and proteins, and a light meal for dinner such as cooked vegetables, soup, salad or some type of cereal or oatmeal. While this was useful for me, they noted that someone with a health condition may not be able to eat this way.
10. Our teachers access a dream 'software' that allows them to guide us with spiritual lessons or instruction while in our dream state. This technology is installed in our heart chakras when we are born and our teachers may access our dreams several times a week to help us on our spiritual paths.
9. Several readers mentioned how moved they  were by the story of Santer Klas (Santa Claus) that I was given during the Christmas season. This inspiring example of hope despite very difficult circumstances can be a source of encouragement for us and all beings everywhere. It's also a reminder of the value of giving from our hearts to those in need.
8. As the planet Earth and its citizens improve in consciousness, we're getting closer to the day when the Federation will allow open contact, discussions and support from other planets. However, they also said that there were no plans for any open, public appearances in the near future. There is a tentative plan for a public appearance in 2,112.
7. I was given a glimpse of the early stages of creation approximately one duovigintillion years  ago (i.e., the number one with 69 zeros), and how long it took for the first beings to be successfully created. It apparently took 5,622 years before the first Light energy was manifested. It took 7,210 years to manipulate the energy into form and shape, and another 4,124,282 years to create beings with their own consciousness.
6. Those that ascend will have to learn how to be  creators before they are given their own universe when the next creation cycle begins in 2,112. The process is somewhat complex and will take awhile before everyone is ready and able to manipulate Light energy properly and effectively to manifest the various systems inherent in a vast universe.
5. An Ascension Committee meets weekly to review issues pertaining to ascension. The group is chaired by Lady Isis, and includes Mary Magdalene, Thoth and Melchizedek. Approximately nine million people are scheduled to ascend from Earth in the initial round, with distribution divided up between Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America. Those who don't ascend in the first round will have an opportunity to either ascend after they complete this incarnation or during a separate lifetime.
4. A group led by Lady Isis completed a project to create new fifth dimensional representations of each planet within the 780 universes. The total number of new planets that Isis' team created was a number that has 1,921,140 zeros. Assisting Lady Isis were Lady Clarion, Quan Yin, and White Buffalo Calf Woman.
3. The negative impact of the Ego Program has been greatly diminished. When I was first made aware of the Ego Program (which is of the worst programs humans that humans have to deal with; see January 2007 issue), the average ego score for every person on the planet was '32' out of a maximum of 85, with 50 being a danger point. The five areas of our psyche affected by the Ego Program include pride, selfishness, victimization, inferiority/superiority and separateness. By early 2008, that average score had been driven down to '9' from all the Lightwork that had been done for the people of the planet over the previous year.
2. The financial crisis that impacted the Earth's  global economy shook financial markets and institutions throughout the planet. Some experts predicted that we could soon face the worst financial disaster since the great depression. As just like it happened in 1930's, there was much debate about what if anything should be done about it.
 The Federation pointed to the greed of international bankers and that this abuse of the planet's citizens has been going on for hundreds of years. Energy is now in place to repay this karmic debit and reallocate money around the planet that hopefully will lead to sufficient housing, food and health care for all people.
1. The Federation supported Barack Obama for  President of the United States because they were hopeful that he would help usher in the necessary changes in approach and consciousness that the planet needs in its leaders. While nothing is certain and conditions and situations are constantly changing, we may see breakthroughs in energy, the environment, health care, the economy and peace between nations.

Galactic Federation Supporting World Leaders
As part of their ongoing strategy to prepare the planet for ascension, the Galactic Federation selected 90 world leaders from 88 countries around the world for special support. Over the past 20 months the leaders they selected were raised in frequency with the intent of also working with them during their dream state. The objective was to help guide them in how to best support their nation and the planet as a whole in whatever way they can.
At this time the Federation will focus on these 90 leaders because they feel the energies are balanced enough to allow for the necessary growth needed on the planet. Look for the Galactic Federation's hand in the steady improvement of the planet's consciousness in the years ahead.

Divine Template Upgrades Now Available
The seven Divine Template upgrades are now being made available to help anchor and spread the Christ consciousness throughout the planet. These special templates were initially set up with frequency requirements to encourage individual and planetary growth.
However, it's been determined that the planet is now high enough for its next stage of development, and the templates are a good way to help spread love throughout the world.
During a two month period in 2006, these templates were obtained while spiritually traveling to various dimensions. None of these had been available for the planet before, and each is quite wonderful. We were told by St. Germain that if Lightworkers would just use the first one on a regular basis, we could create a 'Heaven on Earth' in a very short time. The following is a brief description of each one:
#1 Manifestation Magnifier - Placed in our Heart Chakra, it magnifies our intention, allowing us to co-create 'Heaven on Earth.'
#2 Suit of Translucent clothes - Will allow us to better align with and manifest our Holy I AM presence. It provides a means for it to draw closer to us.
#3 Gratitude Magnifier - Placed in our crown chakra, this magnifies feelings and expressions of joy and gratitude, and then attracts and multiplies whatever we're grateful for.
#4 Joy and Delight Receptor - Activated through our palm chakras, this will allow us to experience and magnify the joy and delight of any event or situation.
#5 Visioning Magnifier - This is a "hat" like device we wear on our head that provides a powerful magnification of our vision of whatever we would like to create for that day (used only once per day).
#6 Rainbow Arc of Simplicity - This tool looks like a rainbow and is placed behind our heads. It is used by placing it around complex situations or projects that need simplification.
#7 Situational Road Map - Allows us to 'magically' identify a clear path for a life situation. You tell it where you are and where you want to be and it draws out the successful path on a map, including the timeframes, obstacles, and 'side trips' along the way.

Session Notes
Now opening your Divine Masculine Chakras.
We see you as a 21 year-old man living in Israel. The year is 27 A.D. and you are at work in Jerusalem. You are walking through the city meeting with various merchants to collect taxes for the Roman government. You were a trainee, as you recently started this job just a few days prior. You were walking around with an older man who was training you. He was a neighbor and was close friends with your father, Alphaeus.
Chakra check - 8,000,000 Divine Masculine chakras now open.
Now activating your Divine Masculine Chakras.
As you are making your rounds, you note that the people seemed to despise him because they whisper amongst themselves and look at him disapprovingly when he's got his back turned to them. Each interaction with the merchants is strained, because the merchants never agree with him as to how much they should pay. Each man is resistant but seems hesitant to complain too much because they're afraid that it might cost them even more if they do so. You could tell that this bothered the older man training you, because you heard him muttering under his breath, "I'm just doing my job."

Now opening your Divine Feminine Chakras.
Early in the afternoon you and your supervisor came to a carpentry shop, and you were surprised to see that his spirits seemed to pick up quite a bit. He smiled as he greeted the owner and his two helpers. They greeted each other cheerfully with big smiles. Instead of the usual tension, the owner asked how you both were doing. He offered you both a drink of water, which was gladly accepted.
Your supervisor introduced you to the shop owner, saying "Matthew, I'd like you to meet Yesua." He then explained what a pleasure it was to work with Yesua, because he was honest and never gave him a hard time. He also mentioned how he knew him since he was a boy, and that he knew his father Joseph.
Yesua then paid the older man what he owed in taxes, which the man accepted without question. He then thanked Yesua and you both left.

You continued to work with the older man for the next 15 months, as you learned how to honestly fulfill your duties to the government. After a particularly hot day of walking through the streets, the older man suffered a heart attack and died.
So the next day, you took over the older man's route as the tax collector. A few days later you stopped at Yesua's shop to collect his taxes. He asked where the older man was, and you told him that he had passed away a few days prior. Yesua told you that he liked the older man and that he would miss him.
He then tried to encourage you by telling you that some day you will see him again when you both ascend to eternal life. You didn't understand and asked Yesua what he meant by that, so he spent a few minutes explaining how you have an opportunity to live forever if you a life in the Light.
You asked what it meant to live in the Light. "Love your fellow man; even those who give you a hard time for being a tax collector" he said with a smile. You nodded. After you collected your taxes from him, you left and thought to yourself, "Yesua is an interesting man."

Topic - Love for ourselves and others Editor's note: A reader mentioned that they didn't feel alive and motivated so they wondered about their physical well-being.
We all get into ruts and wonder if we matter and whether we make a difference or not. Sometimes people just need something simple to look forward to. I notice that in myself and in my children how one little future event (e.g., a visit with a friend or a favorite TV program) can lift their spirits for days.
It's amazing how those who love us from the other side might provide a special poem, or a song, or maybe a movie that touches us in such a way that gives us new hope or insight. With other people I know, their pets or plants cheer them up. Sometimes the simplest thing is all it takes to help us shift our attitudes and feelings about life.
I don't know that this is an issue for you, but the message I've been getting lately from those who guide me is that people need to learn how to love and appreciate themselves more. Every person I've ever learned anything about, no matter who they are, I've found is so amazing to me. That's one thing that I have to remind myself to do because I get busy with things that probably don't matter too much in the scheme of things, and I miss all the interesting people around me which are the real treasures of life.

Then you shouldn't do it. I do know that you care for your family and others, and that's a wonderful space to be in. The best spiritual practice is to love yourself and those who are in your life. That's what people need and that's what they remember about us.

Sometimes a person is connected from a past life and they assume that they are supposed to get together, and they do so even though it's not for their greater good. In other cases, a person might decline to get with someone because this is the first lifetime they've been together, but maybe they would be a good match.
So the best thing I can say about this is to love yourself as much as you can in all that this entails, and this will make you so irresistible that your connections will become stronger with whomever is right for you.

You are certainly mentally processing some Negative Programs, but I would have to charge you to remove them, so I'd like to offer you some perspective as someone who's been there before.
I can feel your anxiety, and I can understand why you're frustrated (we've all been there), but the way we feel about ourselves is really just a matter of choice (we all have to remind ourselves about this), regardless of what we've 'accomplished' in our lives. In fact, if you feel this way at this moment, you wouldn't feel any better if you had succeeded in all of your dreams, because you wouldn't be doing what's necessary to feel better about yourself.
That's because it's not the fulfilling of our dreams that makes us feel successful, it's the love for ourselves and others that we feel and demonstrate, and the gratitude that we have that makes us feel good about our lives. And besides, the other things can't manifest for you if you're thinking the way you have been.
There is unlimited free information on the Internet and other places on how to love ourselves and the 'magical' practice of gratitude (You might also want to consider obtaining the third Divine Template upgrade).I have always found that every person I've ever met in my life was fascinating to me once I learned something about them, and one of the most attractive quality a person can have is one of being joyful and loving of themselves and others.
While we would also wish that an angel or Holy Being would come and 'make us all better' (I'm still waiting), what's really supposed to happen is that we shift our perspective about ourselves and others to one that fits with the person we truly are and would like to be like. It's very much like 'you are the miracle that the world will someday be.'
Our DNA
Editor's note: A person asked how to use the Light energies can change our DNA, and asked for information on 'junk DNA.'
85% (some say it's from 80 to 95%, but 85 is apparently correct) of our DNA was purposely not activated by the Annunuki during the inception of our species approximately two million years ago. The reason they didn't was so they could better control the species.
If we had full use of it, our skills would include us being able to use our entire brain. As you know, it's common knowledge that we only use a small percent of our brain. It's not because we don't try, but because those connections were never activated. If we did have full use, the average IQ would be approximately 30 points higher.
This would be sufficient to keep us from being manipulated and controlled by others. The other benefit we would have realized is an enhancement of our spiritual abilities.
This would have included the ability to function within a holodeck for virtual reality experiences. A holodeck room is standard for many homes on other planets, including within our solar system. A second benefit would be the ability to communicate telepathically with anyone throughout creation. The third spiritual ability is to send love to other people on your planet. This is possible because on other planets, it's not uncommon to have a heart chakra connection.
There is currently no plans for the Federation to utilize the non-activated DNA. They do have a concern that attempting to do so could be dangerous for a person. When an aspect is between lives they have access to these skills. And once a person ascends, they would also then have full access to these abilities.
Our etheric teachers slightly alter our active DNA by 1% to allow us to better receive Light energy, if we show an interest in accessing the Light. But no one can alter their own non-active DNA, or anyone else's.

Your teachers would like you to ask them to take you to the temples at night for instruction. Your soul is anxious (this is not uncommon, as I've experienced it too) because it wants you to start moving forward on your spiritual path, and you can't do that without your teachers. Just ask them to take you when you go to bed at night. And if they think you need more healing during the trip, they'll do that too.

Dear Bryan, thank you for your help! After writing you last week I read all the downloads on your homepage and started working with the Lights in your way the same evening. Now I can't really say what happened due to what; however there is an improvement: No fear of dying at all anymore. I see my future in a much more lightful way again and I feel some inner joy that steadily remains there. Sunday night, probably after your help, for the first time since weeks, I wasn't freezing when I went to bed, although the temperatures here remained the same. Yesterday I went to see my doctor again, and his measuring showed up a completely negative result concerning borrelia burgdorferi, no activity of it at all! Bless you too - and your precious work! I feel the lump on my neck may have started as a tumor but I made peace with it. I changed my diet, went on a strong detox and kept a positive attitude.
