There will be many opportunities for my children as creators. We will begin the next creation cycle beginning throughout creation.
As we begin the new cycle my children will have to learn how to become creators. When my children ascend instruction will be provided for them. As they learn how to function as creators we will allow them to begin working with their universe.
When my children begin working with their own universe they will do so under strict guidelines. Each of my children that have ascended had to raise their frequency and commit to the Light. Let all rejoice.

When my children ascend they will need to work very closely with us. My children will need to learn how to visualize. This will be a time of much planning as they prepare to create.
When my children begin to work with their universes we will help them. We will teach them how to work with wisdom and enthusiasm. As they learn how to create they will rejoice in their accomplishments.
My children will thoroughly enjoy this experience. This will be a time of new beginnings for all of my creation. When my children ascend we will all be happy.

| Isis Heads Ascension Committee
Over the past several months, Lady Isis has been chairing an ascension planning committee on behalf of Prime Source. Her committee members include Thoth, Mary Magdalene and Melchizedek.
The group meets every Saturday evening and discusses relevant issues pertaining to the scheduled December 2012 transition of the first round of those slated to bodily ascend to the fifth dimension.
During this first round, approximately nine million will ascend from the Earth. One of the committee's tasks is to review the list to discuss any issues these people may have that could prohibit their ascension.
The first round of ascension candidates are well distributed throughout the Earth. The list is divided as follows and includes all areas of the planet including islands and territories:
Africa - 20%
Asia - 20%
Europe - 20%
North America - 20%
South America - 20%
Those who don't ascend in the first round will have an opportunity to either ascend after they complete this incarnation or during a separate lifetime. However, they will have to ascend before the year 2112, or they will have to wait another 30 million years for the next creation cycle before they receive their own universe.

Galactic Federation Selects More Leaders
As part of their ongoing strategy to prepare the planet for ascension, the Galactic Federation continues to provide special support to leaders from various nations around the world. Each of the following leaders had their frequency raised to 1,000:
 Yousuf Ali Fadel Ben Fadel is a member of the Federal National Council from Umm Al Qaiwain, a part of the United Arab Emirates. Educated in the USA, he has extensive banking experience and is currently a General Manager for his company. In a parliamentary capacity, he serves as Rapporteur (reporter) of the Financial, Economic and Industrial Affairs Committee for the National Council.
 Fayza Mohamed Aboulnaga is the head of the Ministry for International Cooperation for the Arab Republic of Egypt. She is the national coordinator for all financial loan agreements and economic assistance programs. Her previous service includes being Egypt's Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva, Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for African Bilateral Affairs, and Special Assistant and Advisor to the Secretary General of the United Nations.
 Anna Maria Paola Luigia Finocchiaro was recently a presidential candidate for the region of Sicily. She previously served as Minister of the Republic for Equal Opportunities, as a senator, and as group leader to the Senate of the Republic.
Jose Luis de Jesus (photo not available) is the Secretary of State of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation for Cape Verde Island.
 Portugal's Maria Dalila Correia Araújo Teixeira is the Civil Governor of Lisboa and was the Secretary General of the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon.
Fernando Santos (photo not available) is the head of the Center of Abates of the Autonomous Region of the Wood in Madeira Island.  Carlos Manuel Corvelo Pereira Rodrigues is the Associate Regional Secretary of the Vice President for the Acores Islands. He was previously Regional Director of Studies and Planning, Regional undersecretary of the Planning and European Subjects. His other experience includes working as a journalist and as a university assistant.
Clarise Kaputu is the Vice Minister of Social Assistance and Reintegration for Angola.
 John Mutorwa is the Minister of Agriculture, Water and Forestry for Namibia. He was previously the Minister of Youth, National Service, Sport and Culture, and the Minister of Basic Education He served as deputy at Water Affairs; Youth and Sport; and Fisheries and Marine Resources.
 Chief Justice Georgina Wood is the Third Deputy Head of State for the nation of Ghana. She was formerly a deputy superintendent, a public prosecutor, a District Magistrate, and the presiding judge of the Appeal Court before being appointed to the Supreme Court. Thereupon she became the first woman in the history of Ghana to head the Judiciary.

Nutrition Advice From The Federation
I recently asked Federation nutrition experts for a little guidance to ensure I was eating properly, so I could maximize my health and energy levels. What they told me was both useful and surprising.
Breakfast
They advised me to eat 'hard' vegetables and fruits such as raw celery, carrots, apples and pears. Note that many human experts advise us to eat a heavy breakfast to start the day but they explained this was too hard on the body.
Lunch
This they told me was supposed to be my 'heavy' meal of the day. They advised me to eat my proteins and starches during this meal. If I was planning on having any dessert, this was also the time to do it.
If a person eats meat, they prefer we eat white meat as opposed to red, but advise that everything be done in moderation.
Dinner
My last meal of the day was for foods such as soup, salad, cereal, oatmeal and 'soft' vegetables and fruits such as peas, corn, beans and bananas.
They suggest drinking plenty of water and they said that coffee and tea were fine.
Our last meal should be at least two hours before we go to bed at night to allow for proper digestion. And we should make sure that we get sufficient sleep according to what we need.
Finally, our bodies were built to handle three meals a day. They cautioned me to avoid fad diets that encourage people to eat multiple times per day in order to increase their metabolism. While these diets have helped people to lose weight with them, the extra meals cause significant harm to our metabolism, and the damage will show up in about 20 years.

What's New With Circle of Lights
We are happy to report that people from at least 142 different countries are accessing our message about the Light. Our publications have now circulated to over 10,000 readers, and over 21,000 articles have been downloaded from our website. Our goal is to share knowledge of the Light energies with as many people as possible in order to help make a difference for the planet.

Topic - U.S. Economic Crisis
Editor's note: A reader asked if there were any spiritual meaning or reason behind what is happening to the U.S. economy at this time.
Margret, according to the Federation, the situation is only 12% as bad as they say it is. So the conclusion is that the banks just want us to cover their bad investments. While the congress may mean well, only 19 of them (out of 535 I think) can really wrap their head around this issue because of its complexity. If congress does nothing, nothing bad will really happen.
Topic - Extreme Lightwork Class

Editor's note: Several readers asked questions about their etheric teachers including how to best establish contact with them.
Lauren, your 12 etheric teachers are assigned the task of providing you with spiritual guidance and leading you to ascension. However, they are not permitted to interfere in your life or be too assertive in supporting you unless you give them permission. However, you can't ascend without them, so you have to give them permission. You should spend some time in quiet mediation every day. First let them know that you would like a relationship with them. Then just sit and relax and quiet your thoughts and listen. Start out with 15 minutes a day and build it up gradually to 45 or so. Practice asking your teachers a question and listen for their answer. While it does take some practice for most people, eventually you'll break through. What's important also is that you be consistent and not give up. If you have time issues, you can do this in the bath tub or any other time that you are sitting or relaxing when you can be silent. What you are doing is building your intuitiveness and everyone is a little different in how long it takes them. I can tell you that it works better if you remain joyful and positive than if you're impatient and restless. I hope that helps. Let me know if you need anything else.
Anna, everyone has a minimum of 12, but you can earn up to 58 with diligent work for the Light.
Roy, what would help you the most is spending time every day in meditation (at least 30 minutes) to connect with your 12 etheric teachers. If you want enlightenment, that's how you do it. There job is to guide you in your life and lead you to ascension. Without them, you can't ascend. While it may seem difficult at first, eventually you'll connect and you won't be sorry. They care for you very much but they are not permitted to interfere with you and you must give them permission to be part of your life.

Editor's note: A reader expressed concern about leaving their child behind after they ascended.
Sonja, The people that ascend will go to the fifth dimension and those that are left behind will be cared for by someone else. You don't have to worry because she'll be in good hands. She knew this before she incarnated. You won't really lose her because you'll see her from your dimension and be able to help with the care, and you can visit during her sleep state. She also has her teachers and angels to care for her and they will provide a responsible adult. Your teachers told me that this adult was a good friend of hers in a previous life so they will get along quite well. Plus, they need you to help prepare for the new universes that will be created in the 22nd century.

Colin, your teachers would like you to ascend with the group going in 2012 and then help with those who didn't make it the first round. Then after 100 years, you will get your own universe for the next creation cycle which will last approximately 30 million years. Your universe will have approximately 2500 zeros worth of planets with roughly 6 billion people on each planet. Your mission (with a staff of 1,000 angels) will be to develop each planet and eventually help every one of your new creation ascend. Then, each of them will have their own universe and we'll do it again, and again, and again.
Topic - Chakra Expansion Activation
Editor's note: A reader asked why some of the readings have incidents of violence.
This may be a better question for your etheric teachers since they give the reading, and you should ask them in meditation whenever you have a question about your spiritual development, or anything else in your life that you'd like guidance with. However, I'll ask them for you. The teachers like to give those who are pursuing ascension a dose of reality of what really occurs for Lightworkers outside the third dimension. On those planets that were completely controlled by the Dark, most of the people were enslaved and worked in mines. The Federation has been supporting their deliverance and the eventual defeat of the Dark for quite some time (many millions of years). If you could see what they did on Earth it would truly be a horrifying site, the way they download negative programs to keep people afraid, or place devices on them to keep the Light out (some people look like the Borg on Star Trek). My experience has been that I've received 100's of emails and phone calls from Lightworkers who were being attacked and needed protection and deliverance. These attacks were coming from Dark aliens on Earth and outside of Earth through electronic equipment. When they got close enough, they would drive spears through the people's backs which would cause them significant discomfort even though it was etheric. In my Lightwork class I've taught many how to defend themselves and defeat those who were physically and spiritually attacking them. The destruction of the Dark did eventually take place by decree from Prime Source, and the multitudes were destroyed over a year's time through out the 780 universes. And he has decreed that they will never exist again.
Editor's note: A reader asked how one could experience a 'cosmic journey' since they now had eight million chakras providing access to over 600,000 dimensions.
Colin, You can do the journeying now by raising your consciousness to your eight millionth chakra point and imagining where you'd like to go. However, you may need to work on your meditation skills before you can see anything. If you're new at metaphysics you probably shouldn't be doing this. While this is a nice side benefit to the activation, it's not really the main purpose of it. Once you can start to experience things better, you can participate in sending Light with beings from other dimensions.
Editor's note: Several readers asked for additional information about the Chakra Expansion activation and the Divine Template upgrade, and what experiences people have had during the activation.
Everyone is different. Some that are more experienced in metaphysics were seeing their angels, teachers, Jesus or others, etc., hearing what they were saying, seeing incredible energy with many colors, etc. Others feel more things and a few don't notice too much at all, especially if they are relatively new in their work with metaphysics.
Everyone is different in how much frequency they receive from their teachers, but everyone gets at least 1,000 so they can ascend. They will have to hold this of course (preferably they will increase it), as well as increase their Light ratio and remain committed to the Light.
The template is a manifestation tool, and the upgrade restores us to where we were intended to be based on the original blueprints. It's placed inside a person's heart chakra.
The Frequency Acceleration allows for accelerated frequency based on what a person's etheric teachers will allow them to have. This is sometimes done without the expansion of chakras, so the outcome is not as big as it would be with the chakras expanded. In most cases, it wouldn't be worth the trouble for you without the chakra expansion.
The Chakra Expansion/Frequency Acceleration takes about 60 minutes and includes the divine template upgrade, a full spiritual assessment and a reading from the person's etheric teachers which is given through one of my children. This is done remotely, but the person is told when it will occur and is usually relaxing or meditating while it's taking place.
The Chakra Expansion is only given once, but there are some advanced people that are given additional chakra expansion beyond eight million in subsequent sessions if requested by their teachers.

Editor's note: Readers asked about the protection prayer I shared with them.
The psychic door is behind your right ear and it allows negative thoughts and emotions to enter from others if you don't shut it. These could come from humans or otherwise. Shutting it does not keep out the positive thoughts.
If people have protection from their guardian angel, they only have 40% of what they need, and that would not defend them from an alien spiritual attack. So this was designed to create multi-layers that would make it harder for anyone to get to you. Those who take my class are given 500% protection, and the most I know about is 1,600%.

Karl, this is your first time on Earth. You're from universe #780. This is only your 11th life, with you beginning around 1897 our time. In the other 10, you were male eight times. In each of them you were a slave and you worked in the mines, which is why you didn't live long in any of them.
Topic - Indigo Children
Editor's note: A reader learned he was an 'Indigo' and had origins from another planet. He also believed he had been to Lemuria. However, he was frustrated because he'd been trying to discover his spiritual mission for the past two years and he felt stuck spiritually.
Dear Omar, yes you are correct concerning your being Indigo, coming from a different planet/universe (actually you're from universe #780) and having been in Lemuria. Generally, those that are aware are pursuing ascension. Being an Indigo doesn't change that of course. As far your purpose, when you incarnated you intended to develop your awareness, as you haven't really done so in your other lifetimes. Therefore, your etheric teachers (you have 12) would like you to learn how to meditate so you can eventually learn how to communicate with them. That way, they could guide you on your spiritual path. I hope that helps.
