It is important for my children to understand their responsibilities in the creation process. We will not allow any dark energies to manifest. We will work closely with you to ensure that this does not happen. Those who ascend have much to look forward to. Let's all rejoice!
"We Will Soon Begin a New Creation Cycle"
Every one who ascends will receive their own universe. Creation is a process that continues forever. After every cycle a new one will begin.
As we prepare for the new cycle each of you will need to ascend. No one can ascend unless they raise their frequency and commit to the Light. As my children ascend we will work with them to teach them how to become creators.
At the end of the creation cycle the children that you have created will have an opportunity to ascend. And then we will begin the cycle again. Let all of us rejoice!
"Allow Nothing to Interfere With Ascension"
At the end of every creation cycle a new one begins. There will be many creation cycles given to my children.
Each of my children will experience life as it was meant to be lived. They will learn how to be creators responsible for their own universe.
Every one of my children has the opportunity to become a creator. The children that they create will also have this opportunity. My children will thoroughly enjoy this experience. Before my children ascend they will have to commit to the Light. All must be diligent to allow nothing to interfere with their ascension.

Nether Worlds Rescue - Mission Accomplished!
Divine Mother's unprecedented rescue project to reclaim souls stuck in the Nether Worlds is now complete, as the last soul returned home on August 26th along with 137,554 others. Altogether, a total of 48,211,100 souls were rescued during this effort which began in October, 2006. Many of these souls had been trapped and unconscious for thousands of years.
Over 410 million beings from 90 universes supported this rescue effort by either serving in person with resuscitation or at one of the schools, or by sending Light energy.
When the project began in October, 2006 the Nether Worlds was a dark, cold, rocky and somewhat dangerous place. It looked very much (but worse) like that depicted in the award winning 1998 movie What Dreams May Come, starring Robin Williams.
So initially, those who had the the ability to visit this dark and dreary realm found it miserable and heartrending, and blanketed with millions of souls stuck in immobile, comatose states. Many of the souls were just piled on top of each other.
But over time, the Nether Worlds has manifested beautiful grass and flowers, along with trees, streams, waterfalls and birds. Although Divine Mother hasn't made any long-term plans for this area (approximately 50 square miles), she plans to make good use of it for the Light.

Galactic Federation Selects More Leaders
As part of their ongoing strategy to prepare the planet for ascension, the Galactic Federation continues to provide special support to leaders from various nations around the world. Each of the following leaders had their frequency raised to 1,000:
Mr. J. Seegobin from Mauritius (photo unavailable) is the Office Supervisor of the Valuation department Valuation Department under the aegis of Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
 Mary Bernabela "Belela" Herrera Sanguinetti, is a professor and political Uruguayan, was Vice Chancellor and Subsecretary of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay between 2005 and 2008. She formerly served as an official for the United Nations High Commissioner for refugees in Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Peru, Brazil, Chile as well as countries of Central americas and the Caribbean. She also served in the United Nations as Director of the Division of Human Rights on a mission in El Salvador.
 Fathimath Sheereen Abdullah from the Republic of the Maldive Islands is the Deputy Minister of Atolls Development. She is also married to the Minister of State for Presidential Affairs.
 Germany's Rev. Christel Riemann-Hanewinckel is formerly the Parliamentary State Secretary of Family, Seniors, Women and Youth.
 Spain's Marķa Victoria Morera Villuendas was formerly Ambassador to Belgium, Subsecretary of External Relations and Director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Linda Clemett (photo unavailable) is Financial Secretary of St. Helena.
Barry Cunningham (photo unavailable) was formally the head administrator for the Cocos (Keeling Islands).
 Odette Rahaingosoa was formerly Madagascar's Minister of Culture and Chief of the Region of Sofia.
 Doug Currie of Prince Edward Island is the Minister of Health and Minister of Social Services and Seniors. He previously served as a school teacher, coach and administrator.

Reading From A Chakra Expansion Activation
I thought readers might enjoy a reading for a lady from Virginia that her etheric teachers gave her through my daughter (Katherine) during her Chakra Expansion and Frequency Acceleration activation.
As I do the activations, my daughter Katherine (age 12 at the time) serves as an observer, and is given a part metaphor, part reality story that is relevant to what the person is going through in their spiritual lives.
Session Notes
Now opening your Divine Masculine Chakras.
Within a 'void,' there's a portal with a ball of Light circling around it. The scene shifts to a place in universe #420. Suddenly, an alien ship from universe #70 appears and attempts to destroy the portal with a laser beam weapon. Another ship (a one-person Galactic Federation cruiser from universe #10) shows up and it's composed of Purple Light. It's trying to save the portal from being destroyed by the first ship.
Next we see that a large mushroom cloud destroys the portal, and the alien ship from universe #70 quickly leaves the scene. They continue on and land on their home planet, which has a rocky terrain. As they disembark the ship, they meet up with other members of their species and they have a conversation about what just happened. "Our mission is accomplished."

Now activating your Divine Masculine Chakras.
While the aliens from universe #70 left the scene, the Federation ship secretly follows them to their planet in universe #70. After it lands, you step out of the ship and begin a search for the aliens. The ship landed 10 miles south so as to not be detected. You begin walking in their direction, while trying to avoid being seen.
Along the way, you see three aliens standing in a group. Before they could react, you use your Light gun to (literally) blow their heads off. You continue on and come to a building, which you enter. There's a wall that you hide behind, so you listen in on two aliens that were involved in destroying the portal. You step and shoot them with your Light gun.
Chakra check - 8,000,000 Divine Masculine Chakras now activated.
Frequency check - 7,500
Now opening your Divine Feminine Chakras.
After disposing of the aliens, you contact Federation Headquarters in universe #10 to determine your next step. They tell you to go to the city of Rameses, which is to the east about 90 miles. You'll need to find a special quartz crystal, which will help reestablish the portal. The stone is considered magical and is kept in a secure location underground by the authorities in Rameses.
You decided to fly low to the ground on the way to Rameses. Two miles into your journey, you pass a river that has creatures that appear like a combination of a squid and a dolphin, and span eight feet wide. They excrete a poisonous venom that can be fatal As you pass over, the creatures attempt to shoot you with their venom, but you accelerated over the river and the creatures missed you.
After an hour, you came to your destination. The entire complex was surrounded by a 50-foot wall. To get through, you blew a hole through the wall with a Light ray from the ship.

Frequency check - 10,000
Now activating Divine Feminine Chakras.
After you blow through the wall, you continue on for another mile, and then you identify an entry point to an underground facility. The tunnel you went through was very deep. After about three miles down, the tunnel leveled off horizontally and you continued for another quarter of a mile.
Then you saw what you were searching for, as up ahead you spotted the quartz crystal. It was three feet long, five feet wide and six inches high. Around it was a clear shield to protect it from being taken. The ship has a set of mechanical claws that you use to transcend the shield and pick up the crystal.
Using the claws, you place the crystal on top of the ship. Before you leave the tunnel, you secure it safely, since you have no room to put it inside the ship. You then go back up the tunnel to the surface of the planet and then into space.
Traveling as fast as possible, you head back to where the portal was originally located in universe #420. You place the crystal in the appropriate spot, and beams of Light immediately started to shoot out of it, and it formed a new portal. With your mission completed, you head back home to the Federation base in universe #10.
Chakra check - 1,000 Divine Feminine Chakras now activated.
Frequency check - 100,000,000
Conclusion
This story was metaphorical, but the Federation wants you to see what type of missions are possible for you to work on while in your dream state.

What's New With Circle of Lights

Questions/Comments From Readers
Editor's note: One reader asked for clarification on Prime Source's comments that after ascension takes place, many of his children would be persecuted and some would be martyred.
Dear F.L., I think I understand where the disconnect is for you.
As per Prime Source, in December 2012, we are scheduled to have an ascension of approximately 9 million people who have committed to the Light and are at least 1,000 frequency and 80% Light ratio.
That still leaves 99% of the people still on the planet, as well as 99% of those who consider themselves spiritual but haven't raised their Light high enough.
The ascension event itself, while most probably covered up by the news media, will still panic the religious establishment and the governments. Those that are still here, but consider themselves spiritual, will be at some risk in various parts of the planet, depending on a number of factors.
Many of these people will be martyred. While this is an awful experience (been there many times), their loyalty to the Light will earn them their ascension. The people doing the persecuting will lose their salvation for their aspect, of course. And anyone that betrays someone into martyrdom will also lose their salvation.
When will it all stop? In about 20 to 30 years, after many of these leaders have been replaced by those that will work with the Federation, the Earth will start to become the showcase of creation that Prime Source intends it to be.
Therefore, you can take heart in knowing that it will soon change. But the events will run their course for awhile, albeit it won't be as bad as the book of Revelation indicated it could be.

Hi Gladys, the ray is like a sun-ray of Light. The flame is stronger and is like the a candle. The fire is like the fire that would come out of a gas stove and is most powerful. We can enhance these with crystals, and of course with the atomic level Light.

Dear Shirley, They've said the same thing about Hugo Chavez and others, yet he too is standing up to the U.S. corporations and oil companies. They supported Saddam Hussein when it suited them, and all of a sudden it didn't any longer, so they removed him. Our governments don't mind ruthless despots as long as they support our corporate business interests.
