"Evolution Will Continue Through My Children"
There will be many opportunities for those who ascend. Besides having their own universe my children will also support each other by sending Light.
This will be a time of great joy and accomplishment for my children. They will all experience what it is like to be like me. As children of the Light those ascending will shine.
The process for creation is ongoing. As many more planets and universes are created for my children life evolves. As creators and gods of their own universe evolution continues. Creation is a never ending process of absolute intention combined with perfect love.
"After All Have Ascended We Will Begin Creation Again"
We will soon begin a new cycle of creation. There will be many new planets and universes. There will also be many new children born who will seek ascension.
During the creation process those who ascend will first receive their universe. This new creation will not contain any negative dark thought forms. Children born during this creation cycle choose righteousness.
Every one of my children will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to be like me. All of your children will love you as their god. After all your children have ascended we will begin creation again.

Nether Worlds Project Update
Divine Mother's project to reclaim souls stuck in the Nether Worlds continues to do well, as now over 41 million souls have been escorted home to their loved ones on the astral planes through June 30, 2008.
The souls that haven't transitioned yet are attending schools that Divine Mother has set up throughout the Nether Worlds.
In 2007, 3,543 souls reincarnated again to continue their spiritual evolution. So far in 2008, nearly 5,000 have been born again in third dimension. Of these, a dozen have chosen to live on other planets within our universe. In subsequent months, some may choose to live on planets in other universes. Eventually, all will incarnate and resume their spiritual evolution.
Volunteers are still welcome to participate and help staff these schools, although the majority of help has been coming from other planets and universes.

Galactic Federation Selects More Leaders
As part of their ongoing strategy to prepare the planet for ascension, the Galactic Federation continues to provide special support to leaders from various nations around the world. Each of the following leaders had their frequency raised to 1,000:
Dr. Kadrija Haracic-Sabic (photo not available) was formerly Bosnia and Herzegovina Deputy Minister of Human Rights and Refugees.
Dr. Fatma Abdullazade heads the Humanitarian Policy Department at the Office of the President of Azerbaijan. She has also held other government positions, including chief of presidential administration department and chief of affairs of executive machinery.
 Queen Rania of Jordan is the queen consort of King Abdullah II of Jordan. She was the youngest queen in the world at the time King Abdullah succeeded to the throne. Queen Rania has been an outspoken advocate of women's rights and is renowned for her philanthropic work. She has pushed for education reform, and is reaching out to the non-muslim world to help encourage tolerance and understanding.
 Iceland's Vigdus Finnbogadottir is the first woman in the world to serve as the elected head of state, as she was president of Iceland from 1980-1996. After retiring from government, she became founding chair of the Council of Women World Leaders at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Later she was also appointed president of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization World Commission on the Ethics of Scientific Knowledge and Technology.
Look for the Galactic Federation to support additional world leaders in the months ahead as we draw closer to ascension.

Reading From A Chakra Expansion Activation
I thought readers might enjoy a reading for a young girl from Germany that her etheric teachers gave her through my daughter (Katherine) during her Chakra Expansion and Frequency Acceleration activation.
As I do the activations, my daughter Katherine serves as an observer, and is given a story that is part metaphor, part reality and is relevant to what the person is going through in their spiritual lives.

We see you having a dream. In the dream you are an adult woman and you live in Massachusetts in the United States. For your occupation you work as a high school English teacher.

Now activating your Divine Masculine Chakras.
You saw how the high school children were acting and you didn't approve. When they were freshman and sophomores, they acted very innocently, but now they were spraying graffiti on buildings and skipping class. They were also involved in taking drugs.
You decided you needed a break from your disillusionment about the children, so you decided to take a trip to New York city during the summer to clear your mind.

Now opening your Divine Feminine Chakras.
You arrived in New York city and saw that the children were even worse than in your home town. They were doing the same types of things accept a lot more of it. You couldn't understand how these innocent children could become so misguided. This was confusing to you and you felt like you needed to do something about it, like maybe report it to someone.
So you contacted the police and reported the children's behavior. This made you feel a little bad because you really loved children and cared for their welfare, but you were also disgusted by what you had seen.
When you went to bed that evening, you were feeling a bit sad and sympathetic for the children that were living misguided lives. That evening as you laid in bed, you suddenly had a flash vision of a ball of Light speaking to you. It told you that "Everything that you are doing is good and we support you." The next day you decided you to leave New York city and go back home. You made a goal for yourself to teach a younger grade level to try and prevent these children from going wrong.

This story is from a dream you had a few weeks ago, but you may not remember it. The purpose of the dream is to tell you that you have an opportunity to help the children of the world to prevent them from turning away from the Light. Your etheric teachers also want you to know that they love you very much.

What's New With Circle of Lights

Dear Shaun, Everything that we are permitted to do or forbidden from doing is determined by our etheric teachers. If you seek ascension, you need to establish a contact with them. They guide us and keep us from participating in activities that are unsafe or not of the Light. Only those activities that are of the Light are permitted. Therefore, you need their guidance to know what is of the Light.
Editor's note: One reader asked a series of questions related to the time of ascension.
1.Will those that ascend leave the Earth plane?
If you were viewing it, it would look like they were just 'fading out.'
2. Will they choose to become sick or be in places where natural disasters occur?
No, you seem to think they'll be dying.
3. They will have to manifest a way to leave, can you explain, will they all ascend by 2012?
Approximately 9 million people will ascend in December, 2012 according to the current plan.
4. The earthquake in China recently, did those souls choose to leave before whatever is to come? I'm assuming they are not the ones who are going to ascend however is it possible they did not want to be here in these changing times.
None of these people planned to leave at that time either consciously or unconsciously, and they were not on the ascension path.
5. What will earth look like after 2012?
Over the next 20 years, much effort will be made in dealing with pollution and other environmental issues, so I expect it will become even more beautiful.

As per the Federation, the requirements are a frequency of 1,000 (most people are born with 200), a Light ratio of 80% (most people are born at 70%) and commitment to the Light.

Dear John, Jesus is part of the Federation and is very active in working for ascension. Lord Christ (his higher aspect) is also very active in working for ascension and is also part of the Federation.
Topic - Frequency
Editor's note: One reader asked how I determine how much frequency a person has.
Dear John, To get a person's frequency I work with their etheric teachers. They decide how much a person will get based on their mission, their past and their Buddha score (i.e., how well they're living their life in the Light).
Editor's note: One reader asked for clarification about a person's Light ratio compared to their frequency.
The Light ratio is a separate measure from our frequency. Most people are born with a 200 frequency and a 70% Light ratio.
The Light ratio reflects a person's commitment to the Light. For example, when Judas, Peter and Saul (later Paul) betrayed Jesus, their Light ratio plummeted (as did their frequency). If the Light ratio hits 49%, the Bad Seed is tripped and a person's aspect for that life can not be saved.
A person's emotional state and belief systems are reflected in the Buddha score. Again, most people are born with a score of 70% and it goes up or down from there. The Buddha score is what one that our etheric teachers determine our spiritual gifts. I have info on the Buddha score in my October and December newsletters (2007).
