Nether Worlds Project Update
Divine Mother's project to reclaim souls stuck in the Nether Worlds continues to do remarkably well, as now over 30 million souls have been transitioned to their home on the astral planes through February, 2008.
As of February 30,455,544 have been escorted home to begin their lives anew, with 3,857,160 going home in February.
The souls that haven't transitioned yet are still attending schools that Divine Mother has set up throughout the Nether Worlds. At the current pace, approximately 150,000 are able to graduate and leave for their homes on the astral planes every day.
Several thousand of these souls have already begun to reincarnate again to continue their spiritual evolution, and in February they also began to incarnate on other planets within our universe. Eventually, all will incarnate and resume their spiritual evolution.
Volunteers are still welcome to participate and help staff these schools, although the majority of help has been coming from other planets and universes.
With so many of the Holy Ones and Lightworkers from all over creation participating, we expect to return each of these souls home by the summer of 2008.

Federation Continues Support Of World Leaders
As part of their ongoing strategy to prepare the planet for ascension, the Galactic Federation has selected four more leaders from various nations around the world to provide special support. Each of these officials had their frequency raised to 1,000.
 Asma al-Assad is the First Lady of Syria. Born in England, she had a career in investment banking before she married President Bashar al-Assad in 2000. As first lady, she has maintained a high profile at state, diplomatic, and charity events. She actively sponsors causes that promote the history, culture and arts of Syria. Mrs. Assad has also initiated programs to support economic development for her people.
 Carlos Lage Dávila is the executive Secretary of the Council of Ministers of Cuba. Trained as a pediatrician, he became an advisor to Fidel Castro in the early 1990s. Lage is responsible for coordinating energy, trade and currency issues for Cuba, and is a chief advisor to Castro on U.S. politics. Lage recently negotiated a guaranteed supply of subsidized oil from Venezuela, in exchange for medicine and doctors to live in Venezuela for a time to treat their poor.
 Roberto Sanchez-Ramos is the secretary of justice for Puerto Rico. He manages all criminal and civil litigation and provides legal advice to governmental agencies. Before this he served as solicitor general, where handled all civil and criminal appellate proceedings before the courts of the United States and Puerto Rico. In January 2005, he was appointed as secretary of the department.Sanchez-Ramos' father was governor of Puerto Rico in the 1960's, his mother served as a judge, and his grandfather was once Puerto Rico's speaker of the House.
 Andre Hoffmann is a leader of The Left party in Luxembourg. He was elected to the Council of Ministers in 1999 and soon after served as Deputy Mayor of the city of Esch Sur Alzette. He is currently a member of the Luxembourg High Council of Sustainable Development.

| Reading From A Chakra Expansion Activation
I thought readers might enjoy a reading for a lady from Europe that her etheric teachers gave her through my son (Kevin) during her Chakra Expansion and Frequency Acceleration activation.
As I do the activations, my son Kevin serves as an observer, and is given a part metaphor/part reality story that is relevant to what the person is going through in their spiritual lives.
Session Notes
Now opening your Divine Masculine Chakras.
You're in your dream state, and you're speaking with one of your etheric teachers (his name is Michael). He tells that some dark spirits are planning on taking some spiritual beginners hostage while they're on their way to the learning temples.
The Federation wants you to go on a mission and stop this from happening. You ask, "What do you want me to do?" And you're told to investigate the dark spirits and figure out what their plans are.
Michael then takes out a suitcase that has a number of Lightwork gear in it. Inside, there are two flash Light grenades that will blind the enemy for 10 minutes. There's also a Light wand and a helmet (gray, black and blue in color) that will render you invisible. He tells you to go with him and he presses a button on a remote, and suddenly a two-person craft appeared. You asked, "Where are we going?", and Michael tells you that you're going to Federation Headquarters.
Chakra check - 20 million Divine Masculine chakras now open.
Frequency check - 1,000,000
Now activating your Divine Masculine Chakras.
When you get to Federation Headquarters, you learn that 17 people were kidnapped from planet Narruo in universe #780, and were being held in some unknown location. They then tell you that they will transport you to the planet. You went to the transporter room, put on your helmet, and are then transported to the planet.
You arrive at the planet, and as you materialize, a turret detects you and begins firing at you. You hide behind a rock, and then throw out a Light grenade which blinds the turret. You then destroy it with your Light wand.
Chakra check - 20 million Divine Masculine Chakras now activated.
Now opening your Divine Feminine Chakras.
Frequency check - 900,000,000,000,000 (900 trillion)
After you destroyed the machine, the guards who were monitoring it realized that something was wrong. Three guards were dispersed to investigate the seemingly malfunctioning turret. You put on your helmet and started walking toward the base. Even though the guards couldn't see you, one heard a noise and started shooting your way. He missed you and then determined there was nothing actually there, and it was just his imagination.

Now activating Divine Feminine Chakras.
Frequency check - 900,000,000,000,000,000 (900 quadrillion)
You then opened the gate and went inside the base. The guards noticed you had left the gate open and decided to follow you inside the base. As they searched around, you hid behind one of the tents as they walked by.
As they moved on, you went inside the tent and saw a computer. You accessed it and saw what you believed were relevant files. You then started downloading them with one of the features on your Light wand. As you're doing this, one of the guards strolls in and starts looking around. You're still invisible so he doesn't see you, but he walks over to the computer.
You sneak up behind him and eliminate him with your Light wand. The other two guards heard him fall, and came running into the tent. You slipped by them and ran out of the tent and the base. You kept running until you came to a rock, and you hid behind it.
Then, you pulled out a rod that had been placed in your aura. You placed it in the ground, and it unfolded into a jetpack. You then put the jetpack on your back, and launched off the planet. You made it to the ship and tapped on a transparent sliding door, and they let you in.
Chakra check - 10 million Divine Feminine Chakras now activated.
Frequency check - 500,000,000,000,000,000,000 (500 quintillion)
You give the Light wand to a crew member so they can analyze the data files. He plugged it into a computer, and discovered the hostages were being held on a ship that was orbiting planet Zoros in universe #780. You prepared to go after them, and before you left, the crew wished you good luck and gave you a hug. You then go to the transporter room and transported to the ship.
Frequency check - 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 (10 sextillion)
You arrive just outside the ship, and are able to use your Light wand to force the door open to gain access to the ship. As this occurs, it sets off a silent security alarm, and the ship's security force rushes out to investigate.
You manage to locate the room where the hostages are being held, and you notice that they're all in individual pods that are sealed with an invisible force field. During their abduction, the hostages had attempted to escape, send communications and use their Lightwork. But each time they tried, the pods were rigged with an electrical current that would shock them each time.
As you entered the room, you started to release them one by one, but soon realized it was taking too long. You tried to figure out a faster way to release them all at once, and you found a control pad that had a button labeled as "Release All." You pushed it, and they were all released from the pods simultaneously.
You then tried to reassure them that they'd all be okay. But at that moment, the security guards rushed in and started shooting. As they did, the hostages started screaming and ducking for cover. You used your mind to create a force field that separated one side of the room from the other in order to protect the hostages. Then you created another in front of the first one, and tried to move it forward against the security guards, in an effort to force them against the wall and trap them. They resisted and pushed back, but you were able to force it into place, which trapped them against the wall.
You then transported the 17 hostages back to the Federation ship. As this occurred, the shield wore off, and the guards rushed toward you again. You noticed an emergency escape pod in a corner of the room, so you rushed over, entered it, and used it to escape the ship. As your escape pod launched off, the guards suddenly realized that you had left a bomb ticking against the wall. The last thing they saw was "3, 2, 1 . . . "
The explosion sent a rush of energy which pushed your escape pod through space six times faster than it was built to handle. As you headed back toward the Federation ship, you saw that you were going to over shoot it, so you ejected from the pod and managed to maneuver yourself to the ship. You made it safely and entered through the sliding door.

Once you were back in the ship, you excitedly went around and high-fived the crew and rescued hostages. You then broke into a 'victory dance,' displaying numerous random moves. The captain came by to congratulate you and said that you did very well. You leaped into the captain's arms to give him a hug, and seemed to hurt his back a little, so you let go of him and just shook his hand.
The captain commented that you must be tired after all that you'd been through, and you replied, "Yes, sir." He said that you'll probably wake up in your 3-D state at any moment, so you can take the transporter to go home. You said goodbye to everyone, and then went down to the transporter room and transported home.
Conclusion While this story was metaphorical, the Federation is recruiting you, and will contact you in your dream state within seven days.

Topic - Chakra Expansion/Frequency Acceleration
Editor's note: One reader requested information on what they could expect from the Chakra Expansion, and how it relates to their spiritual mission.
Dear, C.H.,
Everyone's experience is a bit different, from being extremely dramatic to seemingly nondescript. If you were to look at the testimonials in my newsletter over the past year, you'd notice a wide variety of experiences with each of the activations, including the Chakra Expansion.
The experience everyone has and the story they give them, depends a lot on what your teachers feel would benefit you. How much frequency you receive depends on how much spiritual progress you've made throughout your many lifetimes and what you agreed to do for the Light as part of your spiritual mission in this lifetime.
What you've done by expanding your chakras and increasing your frequency is prepare yourself for greater service to Prime Source and his creation; just as you requested. Whatever your mission is in this life, and it appears that you still need to get this information from your etheric teachers, you would then be in a much better position to carry it forward.
The Chakra Expansion isn't designed to tell you what you're supposed to be doing, but it does help you become more effective. In general, there are a number of reasons why you should get your frequency up as high as possible.
For one, you have to be at 1,000 before you can ascend (you also have to have a Light ratio of 80% and you have to have committed to the Light). Other reasons include:
1. The Holy Ones and beings from all dimensions know who we are immediately because we shine like a lighthouse on a dark, stormy night. They then look to support us in our spiritual work for the planet. And as our frequency increases, more come to help us (even fairies, devas, flowers, trees, animals, dolphins, etc.).
2. The higher frequency helps us to overcome the pulls of the lower energies much easier than before. Overcoming isn't as big of a struggle, as Paul used to call it, "warring against the flesh."
3. It enhances our other spiritual work, whatever that may be, commensurate with our frequency.
4. It 'calibrates' our blueprint to be able to assimilate and utilize more advanced spiritual tools, such as the current 7 templates. There are many more of these that we can offer people once they get their frequencies higher (which several are doing!).
5. For those taking part in the Extreme Lightwork training, it qualifies us to claim a certain level of 'Dominion' over the Earth, Solar System, Galaxy and Universe.
6. The higher our frequencies are, the easier it is for the Holy Ones to communicate with us, and provide us clear instructions .
7. It helps prepare us for new and greater spiritual opportunity and service.
