 "Earth Will Become A Paradise"
At some time in the near future, you can expect to see cooperation between wildlife increase. They will no longer interact the way they once did.
There will be many changes throughout your planet. Earth will become a paradise and a model for the rest of my creation. You will see the beginning of a new era of peace on Earth within your new leaders.
The first thing that will occur is you will start to notice people reaching out to one another. Love will begin to manifest throughout the Earth. This will then spread throughout all of my creation.
"Those Who Ascend Will Become Creators" There will be a new Heaven and a new Earth. Those that ascend will have an opportunity as newly redeemed saints. This will be a time for restoring my creation as new.
As we prepare for that time we will be working with each person to prepare them for ascension. That will entail guiding them to the Light and raising their frequencies.
After ascension they will work with us while we prepare. We plan to multiply the universes so that everyone will have their own. Every one will have an opportunity to experience being like me. All will become creators.
"The Earth Will Be Free Of Darkness"
There will be a time very soon when you will work with those who have prepared your way for ascension. This will be the first time formal contact has been made between these beings.
During the ascension process you can expect to see considerable change to systems and continents. These changes will affect how the planet functions during intervention.
After ascension is complete the planet will be free of darkness. Earth will be a model planet that others will follow. Life on Earth will be full of peace and prosperity for all. We will have much to be thankful for.

Nether Worlds Project Update
Divine Mother's project to reclaim souls stuck in the Nether Worlds continues to do remarkably well, as now over 22 million souls have been transitioned to their home on the astral planes through the month of December.
As of December 31, 2007, 22,298,026 have been escorted home to begin their lives anew. The breakdown by month during 2007 is as follows:

Each one of the approximately 28 million souls remaining are attending schools that Divine Mother has set up throughout the Nether Worlds. At the current pace, over 140,000 are able to graduate and leave for their homes on the astral planes daily, with the highest amount being 151,400 on December 28th.
3,543 souls have already reincarnated again to continue their spiritual evolution. Others will continue to follow suit in subsequent months, and eventually, all will get back on their spiritual path.

Volunteers are still welcome to participate and help staff these schools, although the majority of help has been coming from other planets and universes.
With so many of the Holy Ones and beings throughout creation participating, we expect to return each of these souls home by the summer of 2008.

Vietnam's Nguyen Thanh Chau
 Vietnam's Nguyen Thanh Chau is the latest world leader that the Galactic Federation has targeted for special support as part of their ongoing plan to prepare leaders for the planet's upcoming ascension. The Federation has raised his frequency to 1,000.
Nguyen Thanh Chau is Vietnam's permanently appointed Representative to the United Nations. Prior to his present appointment, he was the Director of the International Organizations Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hanoi. From 1992 to 1996, he served as his country's Ambassador to Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu and Fiji.
From 1987 to 1992, Chau held a number of positions with the Vietnam National Commission for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), including that of Deputy Secretary-General. From 1983-1986, he served as Second Secretary at the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations in New York.
You can expect the Federation to begin working with additional world leaders in the months ahead as we draw closer to ascension.

| Buddha Comments on The 8-Fold Path Score
In the October issue, I wrote about the importance earning a high score in the Buddha 8-Fold Path evaluation, which is a direct reflection of how spiritual we are being in our lives. Our etheric teachers use this to determine our spiritual gifts and whether we can handle important missions that may come up to support the Light agenda.
This issue is extremely important for us, but it is mostly unknown within the spiritual community. Therefore, I asked Buddha himself to comment and add to what I wrote previously. The information below were his comments:
Right Understanding - This entails a thorough understanding of how we're supposed to respond to life's challenges. Work on not getting angry when things don't go your way. This will make the difference.
Right Thought - It's very important that you realize how much your thoughts affect your life. Learn to watch what you think about and this will help you stay positive at all times.
Right Speech - What you say can determine your success at everything you do. When speaking, realize that when you speak the universe interprets what you say literally. Say only what you mean.
Right Action - What you do should reflect your commitment to the Light. Focus on those things which will help others work toward ascension. Provide service as an example for those around you.
Right Livelihood - Always be thankful for everything that you've been given. Your profession is blessed by your gratitude. All that you do should be done this way no matter what the circumstances.
Right Effort - Put all you have into everything you do. Focus on your spiritual mission with every breath. Don't let anything get in your way that would distract you from your mission.
Right Mindfulness - Remember why you are here so that you never lose sight because you forgot about your mission. Work with your etheric teachers who are there to support you in everything.
Right Concentration - Your etheric teachers have been assigned to support you and will guide you through the ascension process. Rely on their guidance as they are committed to your success in life.

Why Children Should Access The Light
I've learned through my children's experiences that Lightwork is an excellent way to enhance their spiritual growth. Children incarnating at this point in history have come in with a unique and specific spiritual agenda, and they know that time is of the essence for the planet. Working with the universal Light energies helps expedite their spiritual growth and awareness in several ways.
Code activation
Light energy activates the coding they carry within them that signals when it's time to either awaken or pursue a specific course of action related to their mission. It can also take them to a higher level. We all have prearranged codings that were put in place for that same purpose.
Sometimes we can even tell when we've activated a set of codes because we may experience a significant spiritual event like a vision or series of visions. Or we might observe ourselves receiving (like a computer on the Internet) a downloading of information or images at a fantastic rate. This downloading usually occurs at night when there is less electrical interference to impede the process.
Spiritual tools
The Light is a wonderful tool that children (as well as adults) can gain tremendous benefit from. The Universal Light energy is designed to flow into our energy centers (chakras) and alter our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual state, in spite of the situation we face or condition we are in.
For a child, that might mean learning to direct healing energy at an early age. In my family, we often use the Light to cure a simple headache or even a sprained ankle. Another use might include using the Light energy to help prepare for a school exam, or improve reading skills.
Increased vibration
One of the most important benefits from working with the Light energies is the dramatic increase in our vibrational levels. These higher frequency levels prepare them for higher levels of spiritual work.
The Light increases their effectiveness in healing and overall Lightwork, and helps them develop their spiritual senses (i.e., seeing, hearing, sensing, feeling and knowing). You might find that they start seeing and hearing their angels and spiritual teachers. Or they might just start telling us things that we would swear they have no way of knowing.
The increase in vibration also brings with it a greater level of personal protection from negative forces and a significant increase in the number of spiritual teachers available to our children. Besides their regular compliment of angels and guides, we can all earn up to 58 personal teachers to guide us on our spiritual path.
For the planet's sake
One of most significant reasons for our children to use the Light is the value it provides the planet. Our dear Mother Earth desperately needs these higher level energies from all of us to help heal the havoc and destruction we have inflicted on her through our war, greed and various environmental abuses.
My family's experience has been that the more we reach out to send healing Light throughout the planet, the more thanks we receive from her inhabitants in return. On numerous occasions we've received visits from the various unseen nature, animal and ocean spirits, thanking us for our efforts. That's one way I know that we are making a difference.
Spiritual treasureAnother special blessing for those who work with the Light is the variety of 'spiritual treasure' or gifts we all receive during our meditations. We frequently receive special etheric crosses, pyramids, stars, flowers, hearts, rings, necklaces, crowns and precious jewels (e.g., diamonds, rubies, sapphires, etc.), that are placed in our auras to provide us a spiritual boost and an increase in our vibration. These are especially fun for the children once they are actually able to see them.
Solutions to Life's Challenges Imagine the tremendous benefit any child could have by growing up utilizing the universal Light energies, and how that would affect their perspective on life. They wouldn't have to see problems and challenges as insurmountable barriers.
Whatever situation they find themselves in, they will know and have confidence in an effective tool that will support and comfort them during the good times and bad. They can look to the universal Light energy to help see them learn to be calm in a crisis (e.g., kind, loving, forgiving, gracious, pure, patient, etc.) by using the Light effectively, because they will know that whatever they set in motion is exactly what they are going to get back (i.e., cause and effect, sowing and reaping).
When they see someone upset or depressed, they will know how to help diffuse that situation by sending them the appropriate Light energy. And best of all, as they develop that trust in the Light and in themselves, they will begin to remember and acknowledge who they truly are and what they came to accomplish.

| Experts Reveal Iran No Nuclear Threat
 In a stunning revelation to the world, an intelligence report (NIE - National Intelligence Estimate) was released that revealed that Iran had abandoned its nuclear weapons program in 2003, and yet U.S. leaders were pushing ahead for an attack on Iran even though they had knowledge of the report's findings. The Vice President was also reported to have attempted to suppress the report's release.
In the September Agents of Light newsletter, I shared that according to U.S. Government insiders in the military and CIA, President Bush is determined to attack Iran before he leaves office (source: American Free Press), and this was confirmed by the Galactic Federation.
From several sources I had learned that various veteran personnel from the Pentagon and CIA were leaking the plan in hopes of derailing it before it picked up enough steam to become reality. The plan (which has been put in motion), called for non-stop negative press, planting evidence and hopefully provoking a response from the Iranians that could be used to justify an attack.
But military and intelligence experts also warn that such an attack on Iran, would be devastating for the U.S. militarily and economically. The Federation confirms this likely result as well. Fortunately, this report has slowed down those who seek war. |

What's New With Circle of Lights
We are happy to report that people from at least 131 different countries are accessing our message about the Light. Our publications have now circulated to over 10,000 readers, and over 16,600 articles have been downloaded from our website. Our goal is to share knowledge of the Light energies with as many people as possible in order to help make a difference for the planet.
