Nether Worlds Project Update
The reclamation effort taking place in the Nether Worlds continues to go well, as now over twelve million souls have been transitioned to their home on the astral planes through the month of September.
As of September 30th, 12,598,377 have been escorted home to begin their lives anew. 990 of these of these souls reentered the incarnation process in the month of September, and others will follow in subsequent months. Eventually, all will continue their spiritual evolution.

At this point, 100% of the approximately 50 million souls have regained enough cognitive ability to attend schools that Divine Mother has set up throughout the Nether Worlds. On most days, over 100,000 are able to graduate and leave for their homes on the astral planes.
This is quite a contrast from when we first wrote about this project in the November, 2006 newsletter. At that time, I mentioned:
"As of 11/22/06, about 41% of the souls there have shown some movement (20.5 million). 26% of them (13 million) have opened their eyes. 2% are walking around with some help (1 million) and a small percentage (250,000) are asking questions like "Who am I?", "Where am I?", and "Why am I here?"
Before this project was undertaken by Divine Mother, even she believed that we'd never be able to recover and restore these souls back to their normal state. However, much has changed over the past year, as the Light is being enhanced throughout creation.
Volunteers are still welcome and needed to help staff these schools, or assist with those not yet attending. Many from Earth are volunteering at night during their sleep state, but the majority of assistance is coming from other planets and universes.
With your continued support, alongside so many of the Holy Ones and beings throughout creation, we will return each of these souls to their loved ones, and get them back on their spiritual path.

More Support For Nancy Pelosi
 For the fourth consecutive month, the Galactic Federation has significantly boosted the frequency of Nancy Pelosi (Democrat, California), the U.S. Speaker of the House of Representatives. Her frequency is now at 10,000,000 and is expected to go higher.
In the May issue, I shared how the Federation had spiritually strengthened her in an effort to help end the war in Iraq. In doing so, they removed all of her negative programming (i.e., Ego Program, Comfort Zone Program, etc.) and raised her frequency to 20,000, giving her the highest frequency of any person in government.
In June, they raised her frequency to 100,000, and in July, to 500,000. They continued this trend in August, raising her to 1,000,000. The Federation has also provided her with significant spiritual protection to ensure she has what she needs to continue this important cause.
Pelosi has had many lifetimes as a worker of Light and will be guided by the Federation to help bring the wars in the Middle East to an end. You can look for Pelosi to fill a much more important role on the world scene in the years ahead.
The Federation will continue to support her effort in every way possible. Please join me in remembering her with your prayers, Light, chants, positive thoughts, etc. for her success.

Discerning the 'Good Guys' vs. the 'Bad Guys'
 Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad created quite a stir when he visited the Unites States to speak at the United Nations and Columbia University. He also gave an interview to a somewhat 'hostile' Scott Pelly from 60 Minutes.
While his 'press' has been overwhelmingly negative in print and on television, Pelly did acknowledge that Ahmadinejad was not exactly the 'madman' that he's being portrayed as. In an interview with Harry Smith of the Early Show, Pelly described him thus:
"The important thing, I think, Harry, to understand, he's described in the West as a madman, crazy, that's not the case. I found him to be as many politicians are, very engaging, very friendly, he's clearly not mad, he's sane. In fact, he's very wily I would tell you.
He is genuinely religious, genuinely humble, there are no fancy clothes, fancy cars, he lives with his wife and his three children. They live in an apartment in Tehran. He is a very modest man and said to be absolutely incorruptible as well, he's a fascinating character."
U.S. Perspective
In the U.S. press, Ahmadinejad is accused and condemned for sponsoring terrorism, plotting to develop a nuclear bomb, denying the holocaust ever occurred to the Jews, selling weapons to terrorist organizations, and threatening the nation of Israel. He has also been mentioned as a possible participant in the 1979 Iranian hostage situation. Ahmadinejad most recently accused the United States government of setting up the 9-11 attack.
Since the negative publicity he receives is relentless, it appears that the general public sees Ahmadinejad as a threat to the United States, Israel and other parts of the world, and some have even compared him with Adolph Hitler.
Therefore, I thought it would interest readers to consider a different perspective, one that's not tainted by mainstream propaganda, political agendas or the lust for more oil profits.
Federation Perspective
Beings from higher dimensions can 'see right through us' both literally and figuratively. Who we are and how we live our lives is reflected in our auras and our level of Light.
Therefore, a very evil person or an agent of the dark would have a very dark aura, and would have very little Light emanating from them. And once a person's Light ratio slips below 50%, they trip the Bad Seed which means that the current 'personality' or aspect that a soul is incarnated as, will be lost forever. For example, if I trip the Bad Seed, my soul would live on but Bryan James could not be saved.
Conventional wisdom would thus indicate that since Ahmadinejad is considered to be a terrorist, that he must be dark throughout his being and headed for spiritual destruction. If this is true, it can be easily verified by measuring his Light.
Most people (95%) are born with a frequency of 200 and a Light ratio of 70%, and then it goes up or down from there (note 200 is considered the minimum for a 'good' person, and that a 1,000 frequency and a 80% Light ratio is required for ascension). Many people remain at that level throughout their lives, and this score is an indication that they lived a good life. A small percentage are given more to start out with (Jesus was born with a 1,000 frequency and was 100% Light, while his parents both started with 200 and 70%) if they have a special mission.
At this writing, Ahmadinejad is at 200 and 70%. When the 1979 Iranian hostage crisis occurred, he was at the same levels. If he really had participated, he would have dropped to a 90 frequency and 50% Light.
 Osama bin Ladin is another case in point. On September 11, 2001, he was also at 200 frequency and 70% Light. If he had participated in the destruction of the Twin Towers, he would have gone down to 0% frequency and 0% Light. He was still at 200 and 70% when he passed away in April, 2003. At this time, he is working from the astral planes to try and help bring peace to Afghanistan. The man you see in the videos is a fake.
For some, this may come as quite a shock. Others will muse that they suspected their government and media were lying all along. So what about other key players in the 'war on terror?' How do they measure up?
 George W. Bush has a 0 frequency and 0% Light. He was at 200 and 70% when he took office, was at 130 and 70% six months later, and 10 and 40% on September 11. He lost the rest of his Light when he decided against pulling out troops (ordered the 'surge' instead) from Iraq in December, 2006.
Dick Cheney has a 0 frequency and 0% Light. He was at 200 and 70% when he took office, was at the same levels six months later, but dropped to 10 and 30% on September 11, 2001. He lost what was left of his Light within a week.
Donald Rumsfeld has a 0 frequency and 0% Light. He was at 100 and 50% when he took office, and dropped to 0 and 0% on September 11, 2001.
We could go on and on, as there were many others involved with the events of 9-11, and many more are engaged in the 'war on terror' aftermath. While most have been blinded by the constant propaganda pouring out from our mass media, the Federation intends that the truth will come out in early 2008.
The Federation also plans to start working with Ahmadinejad in the near future, to help bring peace to the Middle East region. With their support, leaders will be raised up throughout the nations to finally bring peace to our planet.

| Insiders Reveal U.S. Planning to Attack Iran
 According to U.S. Government insiders in the military and CIA, President Bush is determined to attack Iran before he leaves office. While this may not be news to those who have been following the rhetoric from the news media, the Federation confirms that this is definitely in the works, and would be a disaster for the citizens of the United States.
Various veteran personnel from the Pentagon and CIA are leaking the plan in hopes of derailing it before it picks up enough steam to become reality. The plan calls for non-stop negative press, planting evidence and hopefully provoking a response from the Iranians that could be used to justify an attack.
According to some military experts (also verified by the Federation) an attack would most probably result in a fatal military debacle for the United States, which would also threaten the safety of troops still in Iraq. A loss of that magnitude would be devastating to the security of the United States.
An attack on Iran would also reap significant economic consequences as well. A White House study concluded that gas could escalate to $5 per gallon, while experts in England predict a rise closer to $10 per gallon. This would probably lead to a dramatic downturn in the stock market, as well as hyperinflation and the further devaluing of the dollar.
On August 30, it created quite a stir when a B52 that was 'mistakingly' loaded with five (later reported as six) nuclear weapons, was flown from an Air Force base in North Dakota to an Air Force base in Louisiana. Larry Johnson, a former operations director with the CIA told American Free Press that they were most likely headed for Iran, since it's unlikely that the nuclear warheads would be mistaken for conventional warheads, and the base in Louisiana is the one used for Middle East operations.
You can expect the energies for another war to continue to build with the government and news media, until it finally runs into a proverbial 'brick wall,' since the Federation has no intention of allowing a major assault like this to succeed. While a minor skirmish may yet occur, it will be nothing like the magnitude and impact envisioned by perpetrators.
Just as there was a prior agenda to move into Iraq, plans have been in place to go into Iran, Syria and Saudi Arabia since 2004. We would like everyone to let their leaders know that this is unacceptable. |
| Secret Investors Bet Billions on Market Crash
 In a scenario similar to the one just prior to the 9-11 attack, an investor or group of investors from Europe have bet $4.5 billion that the U.S. Stock Market will experience a crash in early October of 33-50%, which would be as devastating as the one in 1929. Industry watchers are concerned that these investors may have inside information of an upcoming terrorist attack or hi-level political confrontation (e.g., a U.S. war with Iran). Various hi-level leaders from congress and the administration have been quoted as having a 'gut' feeling that a major attack was imminent.
 What many Americans don't know is that in the weeks before the 9-11 attack, secret investors had placed a flurry of 'put' options on American and United Airlines, betting that their stock prices would go down. While this is not unusual in itself, the 'put' activity was 25 times greater than usual. When the stock market reopened a week later, the two airlines saw their stock plummet by about 40%, and the investors made billions in profits.
The secret investors were traced to the Deutsche Bank in Germany. One of its holdings is an investment banking firm whose vice chairman from the late 1990s was appointed executive director of the CIA in March, 2001. Neither the 9-11 Investigation Committee or the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) made and effort to investigate this matter.
While the energy was in place for this most recent 'investment' scenario to come to pass (which would have ruined many millions of people worldwide), the Federation has assured me that the market won't react as anticipated.
